I ordered 2 chicken wraps , nothing but bread crumbs on them no chicken, I told the lady at window thank you so much she slammed window shut in my face , that was my 3rd time trying them an my last , I see why nobody is ever eating there , I don’t think they like white ppl , I’ll just trade somewhere else from no on !! I wish I could share the pictures .

Mason handles my order, everything was as it should be. Fries were hot and fresh and my Frisco was made perfectly. Mason went above and beyond so with that I give y'all a 5 star rating
Ordered on the APP and waited for 5 minutes after arriving for them to ask the cook to make my order. After over 20 minutes I am still standing at the counter with only a drink. There is no organization here and no attempts to please customers. It is obvious nobody wants to work here.

Arrived 3/2 @ 10:15 am parked and walked to door and found drive thru only on it. Pulled up to speaker and was told biscuit oven was dead( Hangry, we drove to Ashley and managed to get a hot, fresh breakfast,considering the rush they were under!!! Owners need to clean their damn loops and give folks an incentive to want to work and eat here.

It was 12:05 p.m. and they didn't have any chicken ready and said it what be a long wait. I should have order it anyway because I had to wait about 10 minutes for 3 burgers.... The burgers were alright but the fries were lukewarm and soggy... I ain't going back. Didn't get a smile or thank you either. Some people don't care about their workplaces.

Bad management. Manager spent a long time tinkering with cash drawer while a line of ppl waited to order. When finally my turn came to order, the credit card machine didn’t work and the manager just left me hanging and took care of the customer behind me. I went out to my husband to get more cash then had to wait again bc the manager was on the phone trying to get the credit card machine working while I stood there with cash in hand. When I finally got our food, biscuits were burnt. Never coming back here again.

I don't remember the gravy being as stiff as a blizzard. It's sad jelly paste you kinda have to ice your biscuits Instead of pouring gravy on it. Very pasty gross jelly gravy. It's all hardees it seems like.
