Arrived 6:20pm 09/28/22- placed my order at drive through. Followed to window to pay and found out it was a one man show. Only 1 employee, young African male, very kind and calm!! Hardee's offers a quick and hot breakfast, but the experience can be stressful at times. The chicken biscuit is a popular menu item, though the quality of the chicken can be inconsistent. Despite the occasional challenges, the staff works hard to satisfy both drive-thru and in-store customers, and the breakfast is generally well-received.
The customer service is excellent, and the food is always good. However, the wait time can be long, especially during peak hours, and customers may feel ignored when trying to get served inside the restaurant. Parking is limited during busy times, and the availability of fountain drinks may be limited due to supply issues.
While the employees are generally nice, the quality of the chicken biscuit can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting the chicken as tasting "warmed over" and the breading being too dark or flaking off. Additionally, the biscuits can be extra greasy.
Vegetarian options are available, but customers need to ask for them, as they are not prominently featured on the menu.
