This was about as bad as fast food restaurants get. Several tables were broken and just had a sign on them that said not to sit there. Both drink machines for customer self-service were not working. One was totally broken with a sign on it and the other one was messed up. I had to stand there for a while before anyone came up to help me. The whole place was very questionable as far as cleanliness and maintenance. The food was on the lower end of acceptable even for fast food.

The customer service was excellent! The food is always good. They were out of CO2 so fountain drinks weren't available. Wasn't the fault of those working but very inconvenient.

Spoke to someone on drive thru. Asked me 6 times what size meal I wanted and three times how many tender in the meal. I assumed it was a bad connection, but she read it back to me fine and then that was that. I thought. Then I pulled up to the window and she started handing me the wrong sized drink and when I asked why she was giving me a small when I’d wanted a large meal she started going off that that wasn’t what I said, but she’d “give it to me for free.” She told me I should have ordered correctly, walked away to the bathroom, and came back to handle my food. She said something to the cook -seemed there were only two there- and he came over to stare me down where I waited in my car. When I got my food -11 minutes after I ordered- my fries were burnt and I got the world smallest tenders. Horrible location.

Went to the drive through to order. the lady on the speaker had trouble trying to explain the Burger items. Order 2 burgers and a fry. When we got on the rode to eat the burgers were cold. To far down the road to take them back . They advertise how good their burgers are. They are probably sitting in a tray getting cold and they throw them on a bun with cold condiments and hand them out the window to the customer. won’t try a Hardee’s burger again. Two stars because the fries were hot.

Food was not good, service worse, no soda at all 3 tables were broken with signs do not sit. Will not go back. Had biscuits and gravy, were horrid. We ended up not eating it and leaving. Service was almost non existent because they were busy talking about their social lives. Never been to a Hardee's this bad.
Not the same old Hardees!! Gravy was lumpy.. server have no sense of urgency! Coke machine leaks across the floor daily- sometime with a aution sign up sometimes not. Buyer beware....

The employees were nice enough. However, my chicken biscuit looked and tasted warmed over (the chicken did anyway). The chicken breading was dark... I mean brown sugar color dark. The breading would also just flack off when I touch it. The biscuit was Extra greasy. It was not a great experience.
