The customer service was excellent! The food is always good. They were out of CO2 so fountain drinks weren't available. Wasn't the fault of those working but very inconvenient.
The employees were nice enough. However, my chicken biscuit looked and tasted warmed over (the chicken did anyway). The chicken breading was dark... I mean brown sugar color dark. The breading would also just flack off when I touch it. The biscuit was Extra greasy. It was not a great experience.
Wait time is awful on the inside. Most it seems like you are being ignored. I have left a couple of times lately because you couldn't get waited on. And this is when very few customers are inside. They need more employees to be able to handle inside and drive thru.
