I have always enjoyed my meals here but tonight was not good. I ordered and received my food at about 8:30. The chicken was hard and difficult to chew. Obviously had been sitting for some time because it was dry and not freshly stir fried. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to it. I’m not even saving it for leftovers.

I drive 20 mins one way go inside to get 2 steak hibiaci. Get home with the meat is enough but only 5 vegetables in each 1 with none having broccoli because 3 people came in and only wanted broccoli in there's so I guess they gave ours to them? 28.00 was what I spent. I go there because there food is good from now on if I ever do go back I will look at food before I leave. The time before that I got all the way home to find out my sweet n sour sauce wasn't in bag.

Never been inside but from my experiences the employees are super nice in the drive thru, also the food is SO good. Best shrimp hibachi in valdosta ‼️ recommended to everyone I know lmao !
Parking: Parking is always relatively empty, car broke down while I was getting food there once lol, nobody bothered us in the parking lot while we waited for someone to fix it!! 10/10

Ordered food today .... The problem is their menu..... Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl..... Description under the picture of chicken, rice and broccoli is as follows, Tender chicken pieces and fresh broccoli florets in a savory teriyaki sauce, served over a bed of steamed white rice..... First off get it to work and no broccoli...... And it's fried rice not white (that was fine, but still wasn't what was stated)..... Called the restaurant and the girl says.... Oh broccoli isn't included..... Seriously.... Shows it in picture and description, well I'll let the owner know is what I was told.... Terrible customer service and terrible description of food if you don't get what is described

The guy could not get my order right for nothing. 4 times I went up there then I was over charged. But didn't say anything heck my friend had already ate his food and had sat there 20 minutes so I could finally eat. All I ordered was the rice chicken and steak teriyaki with extra teriyaki sauce. That's it with No Veggies Simple meal to make . Geeezzz 4 times I carried my plate back. I was so beside my self. But the food is Great.. love it just need better help that understands the orders.
