Came home to Valdosta to visit and the first thing I did was stop at Hip Hop. I got the catfish nugget and gizzard meal and it was greatttttttt.

All the food was hot but what I didn't like was when we got back to the hotel the fries were cooked super hard. We ate are meat but not the fries. When we inside the restaurant the floor was sticky from people getting the lemonade I guess but other than that the food was okay. They have a chicken special but just not a chicken meal if you just want a chicken wing meal. First time here from Indianapolis.

I have been a customer at this place many times since I moved to Valdosta two years ago and today I experienced the worst customer service that I have ever received anywhere. I have never had a problem at this place until today. The woman who was working to drive through who claims she is a manager is not fit to work at anyone's establishment and she is truly an embarrassment to your business. I would like for Moe to personally reach out to me so I can share my experience that was absolutely Dreadful. Your employee needs to be fired immediately. I have a Bachelor's degree in business and I work with people everyday, people that are either cooperative or uncooperative and at no time have I ever treated a customer the way I was treated today. What makes this situation so especially troubling is the fact that I approached pleasantly but was met with an attitude! I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to get my food this matter is not over until I get a resolution regarding a terrible experience! If I could leave zero Stars I would!
