Full of young waitresses takes a very long time to get food or drinks, dirty glasses everywhere, I am assuming manager on the floor but couldn't tell. All of them nice but very immature, young bartender had to look up drinks could of had a bar back to keep glasses clean or the waitresses on down time but they were too busy singing and visiting with each other. Place is DIRTY

Hooters ain’t it they take forever to get ya’ll food we had a waitress name sieara she was horrible. We needed something in she was too busy flirting with the customers at the bar then we had ask the other waitress in they got it fast enough like they deserve a tip. Meanwhile, my bf and I was getting ready to paid in she rip my bf off bc his payment went through in she got out of screen on purpose then out of nowhere he owe $4 like that’s not right. That was my last time going there.

Many others options to explore down here. Such as Mellow Mushroom. We got there, not a busy night, maybe 1/3 capacity. Gate ripped off back door of restaurant, illegal activity going down in a Chevy Avalanche out back, ( we sat and watched a bit) . More to this... Server was pleasant but easily distracted. Waited about 20 min for our drinks. And I'm talking about normal drinks and sodas, not rocket science. But waitress and female bartender were too busy chatting, so customer paid the price. Food was okay, nothing to Bragg about or the ambiance. Can see the age in the building and lack of excitement, it's a dying chain. Not like Twin Peaks or a Tilted Kilt. Couldn't even get a birthday right for a kid trying to fly like an Owl. Oh god it was bad. Appearances sloppy, food orders mixed up, missing orders. And then the gentleman from the Avalanche walked in and our waitress ran to him ,lol, like he was a celebrity, and forgot us. Not impressed at all. Stay away...Valdosta has soo much to offer.. Mellow Mushroom will treat you like a million dollars and drinks are phenomenal and unique and food is top notch different! Hooters was always a phase, let it go, their employees and ownership has already done this, just beating a dead 🐎. If I am going out, I want my wallet to get it's money worth, not buying a calender at a table or bad service and long wait times. And please have the servers wear what actually fits, Do some of them actually look at themselves before they get on that floor, take pride in yourself. It reflects through the business. appearance is everything, you, the food, the presentation.

I really couldn't believe that a Hooters! was still open. The service was great. The building could maybe use a little work, like a paint job or what not, but it was clean (100% health score). The fries and onion rings were good. I got the original wings and I wasn't a big fan of the crispy breading, next time I should probably try the naked wings instead. My kids had sliders and said they were really good.

Were there Thursday night 1/16 slow and took forever to get seated or even acknowledged . Then our food came I ordered 10 wings and tots while eating my last wing the tots showed up then watched my lemonade set at the bar for 20 minutes while our waitress grabbed other drinks around it (while I sat with an empty glass) really sensed they only cared about regular customers. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL . No wonder they’ve closed a lot of locations 😩😩

My burger was okay. The shrimp batter sucked. Cold like the French fries and onion rings. The staff wandering around. Not sure. What the hell they were doing. Sit in at customer's table like they were at a strip joint working the tables for tips. I would never eat there again. We asked for silverware and she brought us dirty silverware. $60 tab Would have been happier with McDonald $5 bag meal. I am surprised they are still in business.

What a disappointment! We had called the day before to let them know we had a party of 20. That person didn't forward the message to today's people. The girls busted their tails and got the tables ready. The food was mediocre. The Nachos were smaller than they used to be, not alot of toppings. The Chicken sandwich was a major disappointment. The chicken was so dry, tough and overcooked, the Brioche Bun was stale. I felt the wings were overcooked and tough. This wasn't my party, I was a guest. Our waitress was the greatest!!!!

I seen how incredibly busy hooters was yesterday. And even though the place was chaotic, the four servers still made time for everyone. They busted tables, got the food out on time, and did it all with a smile. To say I’m impressed by their work effort is an understatement. They deserve a raise to say the least. My family and I aren’t always the easiest to serve for, but all four of them stayed on top of things and never looked like they were struggling. I know me personally if I was working there yesterday I would’ve been stressed to the max. But they handled it with professionalism and grace. Those four young ladies made our day out even better than we could’ve imagined. Thank you hooters for taking care of us.

11/24/24. Hostess said we would have to wait till 2:15 to be seated. ( we came in at 1:50 ) at 2:15 we were told it would be atleast another 30 min before we could be seated. Mind you the restaurant is maybe half full. So me with three kids just burned almost half an hour waiting to be seated only to be told that the cooks are going on break and we would need to wait another half hour atleast. Not sure if it's poor management or the staff just doesn't care but don't waste your time going there today.
