Coffee was great as always, but that girl that waited on me sucked the joy and elation of finally getting some decent coffee for the rest of the ride home

I order the largest size drink and she gave me the small. I told her I ordered the large so she took it back, checked the receipt, dumped my drink in a large cup and then added ice and more milk to the cup and brought it back. I asked if the only difference between a small and large is them watering it down and not any more coffee/flavoring? If that’s the case I’d rather just have the small. She said they do two shots espresso in the small and that’s what they do for the large. Hmmmm I paid that much extra for ice and a shot more of milk? Doesn’t seem right. I appreciate honesty and I don’t feel this was it.

They have the BEST customer service. The BEST place to go for a frozen drink, ice cream and their pretzillas are a must have. I have never had a bad experience here, not only do they serve great frozen drinks, and nice hot pretzillas, they serve up smiles. That's what make the dfference

My first time here driving through Valdosta and I'm so glad I stopped here. Such a adorable little place with great service and food. Very reasonable prices. There is a nice patio to sit out on. The breakfast sandwich and chicken salad sandwich was excellent. I also got a peach smoothie that was absolutely yummy. I will absolutely come back when in the area.

Very friendly staff that helps out with the large menu! We got the triple chocolate brownie, Italian ice in blue raspberry, iced mocha and hot caramel macciato! All were fantastic!

Sweet people that make me feel
welcome. The food is so good and I love the people that work there. Breakfast burrito with sausage and salsa is my favorite. They take care and pride in their work.

I had the Hawaiian salted caramel coconut frappe with oatmilk and it was so delicious! Best frappe I have ever had. I also had the pretzilla, which was also really good.
