Okay so I’ve been going there for about a week or two, and I much prefer the hug in a mug on bemiss. Bemiss got my order much quicker and the coffee tasted better. HOWEVER, the food is amazing at both locations and the staff is SO SWEET on Norman, except for the curly haired white woman at the window. She’s always abrupt and rude and takes FOREVER to take my order. I’ll be sitting at the ordering area of the drive thru for 2-3 minutes in silence with no acknowledgement. Then she just takes my card at the window after she’s given me the food so then I feel forgotten at the window for minutes on end. The staff also seem very inexperienced. I’m very torn. Sadly, she’s always at the window so I don’t like to go through the drive thru anymore

I just went through the drive through and was instantly met with an attitude. Then, when I got my food which didn’t take long I found that the food was microwaved. I knew this because of the texture of the waffle. I’ve worked in the food industry myself. So I then asked for a refund and the same rude young lady lied to me and said Hug in a mug coffee and creamery doesn’t give refunds. Then her manger came and gave me the refund that the previous young lady said they didn’t offer. This restaurant’s atmosphere is extremely different from when they where located by publix. Also I usually don’t make food reviews but today, you can just call me Mr Karen because that was just poor service from the rude young lady.

As an online college student, I was scrambling to find Wi-Fi after the hurricane hit to let my school know of the issue and my online absence. I called this place inquiring if their Wi-Fi was working because if it was, I would go there to buy a coffee and send out some emails from my laptop top while I was there. Upon calling to ask if their Wi-Fi was functional, a woman answered with the most sarcastic attitude. After I asked if their Wi-Fi was working, she hesitated and said "Sure" in a very sarcastic tone that also didn't sound like she knew the real answer, she was just making it up. Since she didn't sound sure, I restated my question, "So your Wi-Fi IS working right now?", and once again the unsure, but sarcastic "sure" was said. I just said okay and hung up, but I had a feeling she didn't even know or bother to check if the Wi-Fi was working. I drove all the way there, tried the Wi-Fi before walking in to see if she was telling the truth, and she was not. I wasted my gas money because she couldn't bother to check and just sarcastically lied instead. Stressfully, I had to keep calling around. Thankfully Starbucks workers were much kinder and were honest when their Wi-Fi was down, but I eventually found a location of theirs that was working.

We stopped at Hug in the Mug on our drive from northern Georgia to SW Florida. It is close to an exit from I-75. The folks at the counter were super friendly and accommodating. The cappuccino exceeded our expectations. The muffin was still hot — right out of the oven. This will be our go-to place on future trips.

Definitely overpriced. I got the Hawaiian salted caramel frozen. It was OK but not as good as I expected, the coconutoverpowed the other flavors. We also ordered the orange Creamsicle and you couldn't even get any out of the straw it was so thick. Arby's is way better. The banana nut bread was amazing though, it was super moist and you could taste all the amazing flavor. The chicken and waffles is definitely overpriced for the small amount you receive

That’s a fantastic small little café serving breakfast food as well as cookies and other cakes. We tried the chocolate chip cookie and the blueberry blueberry muffin. They’re both incredible. The coffee was great too. They also offer drive-through service. Definitely recommend!
