Okay so I’ve been going there for about a week or two, and I much prefer the hug in a mug on bemiss. Bemiss got my order much quicker and the coffee tasted better. HOWEVER, the food is amazing at both locations and the staff is SO SWEET on Norman, except for the curly haired white woman at the window. She’s always abrupt and rude and takes FOREVER to take my order. I’ll be sitting at the ordering area of the drive thru for 2-3 minutes in silence with no acknowledgement....
We stopped at Hug in the Mug on our drive from northern Georgia to SW Florida. It is close to an exit from I-75. The folks at the counter were super friendly and accommodating. The cappuccino exceeded our expectations. The muffin was still hot — right out of the oven. This will be our go-to place on future trips.
Definitely overpriced. I got the Hawaiian salted caramel frozen. It was OK but not as good as I expected, the coconutoverpowed the other flavors. We also ordered the orange Creamsicle and you couldn't even get any out of the straw it was so thick. Arby's is way better. The banana nut bread was amazing though, it was super moist and you could taste all the amazing flavor. The chicken and waffles is definitely overpriced for the small amount you receive
