I love the ambience of this restaurant. It's like stepping into a different country atmosphere. the time I went there was only one waitress available who gave excellent customer service. The food was hot and very tasty and the prices were very moderate. It was such a relaxing meal that I hated to leave the place and step back out into the real world.
Our daughter wanted to have her college graduation luncheon here on Saturday,December 9th. They are not open on Saturday's at this time. They opened just for us. We were the only ones in the restaurant. They didn't charge us a fee for being open. The waitress was awesome! I wish I could remember her name. We had excellent service. The food was great and we had such a nice lunch. Thanks Ichiban!
I love this place! It's my favorite restaurant on Earth. I have only gotten terrible service once. And that was only due to the waitress and not the food or the owners. I was actually shocked that I had bad service. All other times I've been here, which is quite often for a college student, I have had some of the best service I could ask for. The servers are knowledgeable and funny, (when you allow them to do so. They respect your table's solitude of not) the manager...
