Absolutely top-notch! The steaks are cooked perfectly every time and oh so tender with the best flavor. The staff is always friendly, especially my favorite, Haley. They all make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. My personal entree favs are the Hawaiian Ribeye and the Filet. The best steak and service in Valdosta! Highly recommend!

I’m from out of state. My sister took me there for a birthday dinner. The waitress ignored us, told us we weren’t her only customers after we went to the bar twice to request food, drinks, & to pay our bill. My sister’s steak was sent back…TWICE & it was NEVER right. The owner did comp her meal because it wasn’t right & wasn’t eaten. The manager (?), as he brought our change, placed his hand on my sister’s shoulder & stated condescendingly, “I hope you get a good night’s sleep.” How would you take this statement? When did it become ok to treat others this way? 0/5 stars!

Tonight we had haliee as our server. We had a great time. All of the servers were very kind and made it a night I won’t forget. The food was also wonderful. Thank you for going out the way and getting a video of my engagement and going on the way to send it to me. They also went out the way to bring out the ring on a plate and on the desert plate wrote will you marry me? Thank you so much…

If ur lookin for a appetizer place this is it. Ordered the 6oz fillet steak with fries and homestyle carrots . Wanted a baked potato with my steak but they were out. It was quiet in there not that many ppl. When I got my steak it was more fat than steak and looked like someone mangled it. When I separated the meat from the fat there was about 4 or 5 bites of steak. Waffle house has a thicker steak with less fat. The carrots were soft and flavorful the house fries were soggy and greasy. Saw the waiter about 5 times. But he was attentive to my needs. The meal didn't come close to filling me up had to go somewhere else. If your looking for small portions this place is great don't come here hungry you will leave hungry. Also order my steak meduim rare and it came well done and dry although the steak had flavor there just wasn't much. The sweet tea was like unsweet tea I had to ask for sugar. Left paying 50 bucks for my meal but very unsatisfied. I wouldn't eat here agian.

Nice staff, but food took a long time. For the price, the steak was just okay and overcooked. Alligator appetizer and drinks were great, but the sides (macaroni and mashed potatoes) were bland. We were a little early for our reservation, and they kept asking us to sit at the bar because our table wasn’t quite ready. We declined twice and said the wait was no problem before finally giving in and sitting at the bar after the third time they brought it up in span of 5 minutes.

Decent place. Meat heavy menu, which would be expected at a chop house. The seafood options and veggie options are fairly limited, and pricey. Only salad options are at least $15. Apps are small and pricey. Everything is a bit pricey for the portion and quality. Good quality though. Beer list leaves much to be desired, and the beers they do have are incredibly out of date. And I mean incredibly. Service is slow; which can be fine if you’re into that.
Vegetarian options: Almost no vegetarian options. Would not recommend for vegetarians.

Our food was cold, and the steaks were not a very high-quality. It was a nice place and the waiter was very nice but we were traveling on the road and just picked that place to stop. I’m really funny about my food being hot and they weren’t busy, but the food came out cold
Sad to say the steaks, which used to be way above anyone else in terms of quality, are starting to become Texas Roadhouse type cuts. A noticeable drop in quality in the last couple years

I love the decor in this place. It is down to earth. The staff are engaging and friendly. We were quickly escorted to our reserved table. Though only half of our group showed, we were sti ll met with multiple servers and cordially treated. Unfortunately, for me, my NY Strip steak was less than satisfying. It was tough and chewy.

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was not a good experience at all. The first thing that startled me was the prices for below average food. The quality of this food was not great at all, it was not even as good as fast food. My food was served lukewarm and my food was completely bland. I mean no flavor whatsoever! Our server was definitely more attentive to his other customers more than us (we were the only black couple in the restaurant). I’ve had better fast food and I was completely dissatisfied in our meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Definitely over priced, I would not come back here nor recommend this restaurant for “fine dining”.

Disappointed. Food is served lukewarm, even after sending it back to correct it. By the time you take your third bite the food is cold. Italian salad dressing was bad, as if it had sat for a long time open or had expired. Shame too because the atmosphere and bar have potential for fine dining, however the kitchen is the problem. The waitress was very helpful. The Management never came by to apologize.
