I wasn’t impressed with food. My steak did not have any flavor & my mash potatoes were watery. We also waited 1.5 hours for our food.

We’ve driven by this place a hundred times or more, and just now decided to stop by and try it out. I gotta tell you that I am glad we did. My wife ordered the blackened fish sandwich with fries, which she said was delicious. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Florentine with Parmesan cheese and spinach sauce, and a loaded baked potato, which were both absolutely delicious. We shared a slice of the most decadent blueberry cobbler cheesecake that you’ll ever want to sink your teeth, gums (you might as well add the lips too) into! I can tell you one thing, and that is it won’t be another 100 times driving by this place before we stop. As a matter of fact, we’ll probably stop by within the next couple of weeks.

I may have set my expectations too high for this chophouse. I was expecting near perfection for my steak and it was the item I least enjoyed. My ribeye was cooked the way I ordered it (which is not common), rare but it had absolutely no flavor and was full of fat. I did enjoy everything else I ordered from the salad to the onion rings to the crab cakes. I tasted my dates loaded mashed potatoes and they were very good as well. I just wish the steak had been as good as everything else. I do plan to give it another try.
Great prime rib , Warm Brie Spinach salad with delectable shrimp, Ahi Tuna appetizer to die for, excellent service-- what more could one want? We will be back!

Food was decent and staff was friendly but they served me an old glass of red wine which had obviously been open for days if not weeks so it tasted of vinegar. The waiter was nice and brought me a new glass of wine. When I went to pay the bill the rotten glass of wine was still on there and he told me that alcohol was a final sale. Very disappointing. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and couldn’t believe it.

Loved our dinner at Jacks. My husband and I will most definitely be back. Our server was so incredibly sweet and helpful with deciding on what to get. Highly recommend it all!
Fine dining in Valdosta. Quickly becoming a go to for a nice meal. The steaks are above the standard, drink and wine selection is above expected, staff is knowledgeable and well prepared.A bit pricey but worth it for a great lunch or dinner with family and friends.
Best steak in town. Brittany was such an amazing server and recommended the best drinks to go with my perfectly cooked steak. We even enjoyed the biggest piece of cake I’ve ever seen for dessert! Such great service and dining!
