Customer service is horrible and Noone greeted. The tea tasted sour so I asked for pink lemonade and she gave me regular lemonade so I asked her can I get pink lemonade OMG she got really upset. So I sat down and just let the hubby continue the interaction. Let me just sum it up I hate everything about this restaurant. The food and the cashiers was not it.

I dnt know where to start the young lady at the counter was very sweet, however the food was horrible. If I could select negative stars tht would definitely be more fitting. I am very disappointed at the food at this location, I didn’t check the bags bc I have never had this issue with hip hop on N Ashley St which I frequent often. I had a bad experience a couple of weeks ago and wanted to give them other try but I will not be returning to this location again and neither will my friends and family. I ordered 4-2pc wings and 7shrimp meals the wings were old and you can tell they were cooked hrs before and had been sitting under a warmer when my order was placed they covered with seasoning and put in plates, the shrimp were severely over cooked and cold as well, the okra was old and just a big disappointment over all, and lastly I ordered a tender plate the tenders were burnt and old as well, everyone had soggy fries the only thing edible in my order were the drinks. This is the 2nd time I spent $60 at this establishment and received old and cold food. I’m not sure where the problem is but it needs to be addressed immediately, I ended up disposing the food and taking my kids to Dairy Queen bc we couldn’t eat this food .

Walked in the door everyone looked at us but didn't welcome us or acknowledge us I came in to spend at least 100 dollars and when I asked was there anyone going to help us the heavy set older white female snapped at us so I said good night and we left and went to KFC where we were greeted time we walked into the door. That's my first and last time there

Visited 3/2/24 @ 350p via drive thru and immediately told to drive around. Funny, how it's 420p and still NO one has come to the window to take my order. Should have just went up the road to Wendy's. This is INSANE.Don't deserve any stars. I thought the food was fried fresh. Why are they adding the chicken back in the grease to make it seem fresh?
Came here for lunch today since we haven't been here yet, I got the catfish with shrimp, husband got gizzards,and the food was fresh and tasted really good and seasoned well. You also get alot of food for your money, big portions. The lady at counter was very friendly and nice as well. Will definitely come back.

Jaws is hands down one of the best restaurants I have pleasure of encountering. The people are amazing and the food is amazing as well!! Great work to everyone that worked on 02/23/2024!!! Y’all are awesome!!! Definitely will be back anytime I’m in town!!!
