Extremely disappointed in this Jersey Mike’s. For the last two years this store has been on a downward spiral. Always out of bread if you go in after 6pm. Also they have been out of turkey, pepperoni, tomatoes, and pickles. Very understaffed. No clear leadership whenever I have visited and usually one employee doing all the work while no one else is out front.
I most likely will not return unless I find out things have changed.

No matter what day I come in or what time of day they’re always out of rosemary parm and today I went in and they don’t even have regular bread. This is a consistent issue with this store, so don’t rely on actually being able to get a sub when you go in because they’re probably out. In 2+ years I’ve lived here they’ve never once had rosemary parm in stock when I’ve went, and I don’t go near closing time either.

I really want to like this place since the food tastes good, but the last two times I’ve gotten subs here there has been hair in it…and definitely not mine. If this location was cleaner I would be more than happy to return but for now I think I’ll stick to pub subs.

Went here tonight for dinner and was very disappointed. The two girls working behind the counter could not give a single flip about the customers. They were cutting up, talking about things that should not be discussed in a place like that, and taking personal phone calls/ playing on the phone. The guy working behind the counter did an excellent job. I waited almost 30 minutes for my sub because the two girls lost the ticket. Again the guy did a phenomenal job compared to his lousy co workers.

They don't read notes for the online orders apparently... I asked for extra tomatoes and pickles because I don't like their shredded lettuce. I also asked for Swiss cheese on my club sub instead of provolone, and didn't receive that either. Disappointed with their online ordering.

I can't speak for the service/food in person. I did however order through the app for delivery a couple times from this location. Everytime I have ordered from here something is always wrong! Today I just ordered 1 chicken bacon ranch wrap for myself and 1 club sub for my wife. Instead of a chicken wrap, I got a white bread philly cheese steak sub. Also in the special instructions, I asked for vinegar and oil on the side for the club sub. They didn't do that either. I don't know if I was given someone else's philly though or they literally just couldn't read what the order was supposed to be. Either way, I couldn't eat it as I struggle to swallow bread due to a health condition and I didn't want a beef philly. I was refunded for that sub, but now I have to go out to get food when I shouldn't have had to. Very disappointed. Will probably not be ordering delivery from here anymore if they can't even get a simple order right.

I don't eat out often, so every time I do it's a treat for me. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak on Rosemary Parmesan bread online for pickup around 4:30 in the afternoon. On the online order screen it asks you who the sandwich is for so I put Randy which is what I like to be called as my full name is Randolph but don't let people outside my close friends and family and definitely no one younger than me to be calling me that. Upon arriving to pick up my order and just as a side note the pickup area in this place is different depending on who's working it's either the Shelf leading towards the bathroom I think or at the register. So I approached the register and the young guy back there looks up at me and says pick up I say yeah him and another girl then say what's the name I say Randy period they look back I see the bag with my full name on it and so the girl at the slicer then asked is it for Randolph I say yes, so the girl behind the register then asked what it is and the girl at the slicer tells her it's just one sandwich it's already paid for you can just give it to him so she does. As I'm walking out the same guy who asked me if it was for pickup then loudly says as I'm leaving well then why did he put Rudolph on it to which I didn't respond because I was on break from work and going back to work to eat my dinner and didn't have time to explain short names and nicknames to him. I also didn't have time to explain the fact that on your website it asks who the sandwich is for and that's where I entered the name Randy. Then to top it all off I get back to work and the sandwich is on White Bread not the Rosemary parmesan on which I ordered it and no one made any indication of that at the store. So maybe train your staff on how the online ordering system works so that they are not ignorantly and incorrectly commenting about someone's name.

I'll never eat here again I got food poisoning. Y'all need to make your employees have better protocols when it comes to handling people food. Why use bleach don't put anything down when making a sub and your employees using the same gloves handling cash to make someone else sub. Yeap I'll never eat here again I was so sick 4 days straight.

Great food and great service. They may want to add an oven, to be abe to toast the bread for those that want it. Also they were really busy, but may need to have people check bathrooms, as someone prior to me made a big mess on the floor and put the toilet paper in it.

Ordered a sub with extra bacon to go. I forget the number but decided to check my order before leaving due to the poor attention span behind counter. Glad I did because it didn't have a single pc of bacon on it. I brought to the guys attention and he added the bacon and never said a word, just handed it back to me. Usually good service at other locations though!

I came in Saturday night and it was empty and didn't seem like they had any other orders to complete. Both workers had airpods in and were incredibly unfriendly. The girl finally took my order and I waited for 15 minutes before I was finally rung out. Someone from the back actually made my sandwich, the two front workers were just standing there looking unfriendly and cutting up meat i guess. There was one friendly worker who came out from the back and spoke and greeted me. I wouldn't go again, just based on the atmosphere alone. These new workers aren't expected to be friendly anymore it's sad.

We got our food and ate it. It was fine. The problem was all the employees left after serving us, and while we ate, we saw 2 groups come in and leave because no one was behind the counter to serve them.
