There were two people in front of me, I stood in line for over 30 minutes and still did not get my food I had to walk out. Worst customer service ever! The people are rude, we’re not helpful and extremely slow. The restaurant is also unkept.

Jersey Mike’s used to be our reward for a hard-working week. The sandwiches were so well-made with generous portions and the perfect ratio of ingredients. The staff at the Valdosta shop was also super cheerful and friendly. I don’t know if Valdosta’s store has changed hands, but I can tell you that they have become very cheap and that the staff acts like they have no idea why you’re there bothering them. When we order online, the sandwiches frequently arrive incorrect, and our last order; we went in to order our sandwiches in person, they ran out of lettuce so three of our four sandwiches had no lettuce. Also, the staff member putting the finishing touches on had a demeanor that fairly shouted that we were doing nothing but bothering her. Sorry to say this will be the last time we will be ordering from this chain.

Ordered online from the Jersey Mike's app on Sunday at least an hour before the requested pickup time. When I arrived exactly at the pickup time there was a big line and I proceeded to the back where the shelf for pick-up orders was. My order was not there so I assumed they were a bit backed up, no worries. 15 minutes later and no change so I went to the register and asked politely if there was an update. The person at the register asked what my name was, I gave it and they turned around and gave me my order from behind the counter. I questioned why I was standing for 15 minutes near the designated and clearly marked pickup shelf if my order was behind the counter. The person seemed oblivious that the shelf even existed and implied that I was wrong for, what? Choosing to follow the signs and not interrupt the employees while they helped customers in line? Will not be returning to this location and that person needs a good education.

Why on gods green earth has it taken 30 mins longer than what I set my order to be able to be picked up at when I ordered it over an hour ago. I have places to be and this is wasting my valuable time I asked this to be ready at 8:15pm. And on top of that how idiotic is it that I did a mobile order which included what I wanted on BOTH sandwiches and you still got it wrong. I will be calling in the morning and IT BETTER BE STRAIGHTENED OUT. I am so mad it doesn’t make sense-$33 for this mess to not be correct

Ordered online 710pm. Pick up was said 730pm. Arrived at 740 and staff didn't start on my order till I walked in. The guy making my sub that was already 15 mins behind STOPPED making my order to get himself coffee from dunkin, wearing the same gloves. I was the only one here

Great place to get you a sub/sandwich. Anything you want that has to deal with that genre. They have it, or if they don't have it, best believe they will recommend something else. So for you the best way they can to match your taste, buds and needs.

A little pricey, but portion sizes and amount of food put onto the sandwich is great. The app helps save time too to order ahead and even have it set up for curbside pickup. Plus, you earn rewards points.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and my chicken was RAW!! Worst experience and feeling horribly sick.

I don’t know what happened to this location but the bread has been wrong for months. It’s always well done, brown and hard. The bread used to be soft and fresh. I used to eat here daily and I had to quit. I don’t know if it’s the staff cooking it wrong or the ovens need to be replaced.

Extremely disappointed in this Jersey Mike’s. For the last two years this store has been on a downward spiral. Always out of bread if you go in after 6pm. Also they have been out of turkey, pepperoni, tomatoes, and pickles. Very understaffed. No clear leadership whenever I have visited and usually one employee doing all the work while no one else is out front.
I most likely will not return unless I find out things have changed.

No matter what day I come in or what time of day they’re always out of rosemary parm and today I went in and they don’t even have regular bread. This is a consistent issue with this store, so don’t rely on actually being able to get a sub when you go in because they’re probably out. In 2+ years I’ve lived here they’ve never once had rosemary parm in stock when I’ve went, and I don’t go near closing time either.
