When I walked in the employees did not greet me and seemed very agitated that I even thought to walk in. I came in Saturday night and it was empty and didn't seem like they had any other orders to complete. Both workers had airpods in and were incredibly unfriendly. The girl finally took my order and I waited for 15 minutes before I was finally rung out. Someone from the back actually made my sandwich, the two front workers were just standing there looking unfriendly and cutting up meat i guess. There was one friendly worker who came out from the back and spoke and greeted me. I wouldn't go again, just based on the atmosphere alone. These new workers aren't expected to be friendly anymore it's sad.

We got our food and ate it. It was fine. The problem was all the employees left after serving us, and while we ate, we saw 2 groups come in and leave because no one was behind the counter to serve them.

The crew working tonight is running lean. They probably need and extra person but they are all being super professional and nice under the stress of being under staffed. It's amazing to see people taking pride in what they do. That's hard to come by with customer service these days!

Have come here twice. Both times service was great. Nice people, great attitudes. Which is unfortunately uncommon in this day and time. Food was great. Quality food! Really enjoyed my lunch. Only thing I have to say, all the tables were dirty with crumbs and the bathroom needed attention. But overall, good place!

Jersey Mike’s has replaced all the other sub chains for us. The food is fantastic, and while the price is on the high side for a sub, you definitely get your money’s worth with the size of the sandwich and toppings they add.
One of the best subs in town. Always generous with sub toppings and meat and worth the price.

Very dissatisfied that a Miles doesn’t have roast beef on their store today. They told us to come back tomorrow and they would have roast beef then. How do you have a Mike’s number six Mike’s way without roast beef. I traveled 45 minutes to get there because it’s the closest Mike’s to me and I always get it wonderful service there. I am really disappointed.

Jersey Mike's subs are the best but my complaint with the one in Valdosta if you know that you sell a lots of rosemary bread why are you always out you really need to fix that problem because that to is one so hope you do better going forward
