Customer Service needs training. Seem to discriminate against 'non college'. No initiative. You have to ask for everything; napkins, sack, straw etc. Then get attitude. Three guys working the line. One courteous and one, maybe the manager on duty, rather snappy with an attitude that reeks, " I could care less about your patronage." The wraps were okay, nothing special, but pricey at $9.00 each. Place is neat and clean but my foremost impression is that the food is overpriced and the near arrogant indifference of the lead preparer. Will not trouble Jimmy John's with repeat business. Lots of sandwich slappers in this world.

First time trying JJ’s and this location definitely ruined me ever returning to another JJ’s. I will stay with Firehouse subs from now on. Cashier very unhelpful and could definitely tell this was a first time experience, failed to suggest their freebies menu with toppings etc. Tomatoes weren’t on the sub that automatically comes on the sub so why would I want to even add extra toppings when y’all can’t even add the basic sub menu toppings in the first place. Music extremely loud.

I ordered delivery on the app. Normally it is delivered fast with no issues. Today after receiving notification that my food was out for delivery, I received it 50 minutes later. I live 5 minutes from the store!! Numerous other deliveries and a train delayed my order. No apology from the driver for being so late. Our drinks were warm. All the ice had melted and they were diluted. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. Something has changed with their delivery drivers. Sandwich was rather dry and bread was hard. I hate to be so negative but it was not worth the $28 I spent on 2 combo meals, fees and tip.

Our experience with this store was positive. It seemed very clean. Our order was taken quickly and correctly. Parking is easy and bathroom was clean.

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. I almost always order through their app because I supposedly get free stuff. I frequently order for my office when my team has weekend duty. I may have 10 sandwiches ordered, but the app gives me 1 measly credit whether I order 1 sandwich or 10. I tried ordering 10 times. Still got one credit. I am not depending on free stuff, but here is the kicker. The last 5 times I have ordered, usually for delivery, my order gets screwed up... usually no mustard when I order mustard. How hard is that? No way to give feedback on the app. I could call the store, but how far will that get me? Ask them to deliver my mustard when I'm hungry and ready to eat. I have stopped giving a tip with my order as it makes no difference in service. I hate to say, but I am done with JJ. Too many other decent sandwich shops in town.

I ordered the Big John (roast beef) today. They may as well call it a Veggie Sandwich! You get two slices of roast beef and tons of lettuce and tomatoes. I have never felt so robbed in my life. 2 slices of sandwich meat for a 8 inch french bread roll?? This makes no sense. Skip Jimmy John's and go to Publix! They give you 4-5 slices of fresh Boar's Head roast beef.

The sandwich and service was good but the acoustics in there is terrible. The high ceiling makes everything very loud. Just the voices at normal levels echoed around the shop.
