We were passing through and stopped bc we had a coupon for the KFC bowls. They were the BEST bowls we’ve had in a long time,the friendliest most hard working employees!! The place was clean including the bathroom and very well stocked. Our local KFC in Palatka,Florida could use some training from these wonderful ppl. Plz give them a raise!!!! And I tried doing the survey on our receipt but it was not working properly.

I can not believe KFC management is serving this. Yes, it was a manager who served me 30 mins ago. The mash was 1/2 full. I guess because I ordered the $7 fill up, I do not deserve a full mash. Chicken cold and it looked old. No, I do not recommend. I will go back to store on Ashley.

Can’t get an order right. Chicken biscuits and sides is the family deal. No biscuits were received. I get mistakes happen but when it’s habitual and attitude it’s frustrating. This is why we don’t frequent fast food often but our son insisted.

Been here twice this month ending up leaving the first time because they ran out of tenders. Got my meal the second time and they're out of sauces. Just ridiculous.

The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. My order was incorrect, but they promptly corrected the problem. They have improved the customer service at this location. I was impressed at the speed upon which I received my order, and when I addressed the problem, it was corrected.
