Tried the kiosk and enjoyed the ability to customize meals and substitute individual pieces without the "we don't have any wings cooked" feedback from a cashier. Our only gripe was that the women's bathroom needed to be cleaned. The wife couldn't use it because someone had left a total mess all over one toilet and dropped a "brick" in another. Dropped a star for that.Older review: I rarely rate chain restaurants above 4 stars unless the experience is a little above and beyond what is the norm for the chain. This KFC location was just that. My family stopped here a quick bite on our way back from St. Augustine. Our cashier was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our orders were correct. The food was very fresh. This location seems to cook in smaller batches to ensure that the food doesn't sit too long. I had a 4 pc Nashville Hot tenders meal with potato wedges. The wedges were freshly cooked. The tenders were perfectly coated with the hot seasoning blend. Not overly drenched like some locations. I normally opt for a 4 pc over a 3 pc because most locations tenders seem wimpy, but the tenders here were actually nice sized. I was actually stuffed when I got done.My son had the Georgia Gold 3 pc. He loved it just as much as I did my meal.My wife and girls opted for bone-in chicken and raved about the freshness and it being better than most other KFC locations' are.
One person ordered before me but I waited 10 minutes before someone came up to the front and asked if I had ordered. They told a young woman to get my order. She came to the register, never made eye contact, looked unhappy, tapping her nails on the counter and did ask for my order, just stood there. I ordered 8 piece, half crispy and half grilled. I paid and stepped to the side. 15 minutes later, I heard someone in the back say they didn't have any grilled chicken and it would be 20 minutes. The cashier came back up front and said "We don't have any grilled." That was it. I got all crispy, grousing about the failure to tell me at the time I ordered there was no grilled chicken. They could care less. By the way, the chicken is crispy only if you take it home and put it in the oven again.

we never failed to eat there on a visit to Valdosta but when you took down the buffet it started going down drastically, it was always nasty, water and drink machine horribly nasty! the only one good thing was the chicken was still really good but now over priced so just across the street is as fantastic buffet always clean and crowded also the little black lady behind the counter at KFC who had been there a long time was so pleasant that sometimes we went just to see her! It definitely needs updating!

Nastiest place. Be careful qhwre you buy food off l75. They refused to take back their rottwn chicken and refused to refund. Dis not even leave the property. Went thru drive thru. I live 400 miles away and they refuaed to mail me a reimbursement coupon.

Worst wait time in a drive thru in Valdosta. I ordered my food at 6:18 and 6:45 when I got my food. If you don't have an item that someone order, say so. I will not be going back to this KFC again.
People were very nice! And plenty of food, it was hot, tasty, and very satisfying. Service was quick and I was in and out.

Dirty, filthy place. Nasty drink station and condiment bar, gross bathrooms. I couldn't even use it, it was so dirty in there. I decided to hold my pee until I got home. All of the seats in the dining room are dirty and covered with old food and black gunk. I wonder what the food prep areas look like. smh Come on, Valdosta. You can do better than this. This KFC is in the busiest and nicest area in town and right off the highway too. Please DO BETTER. Your paying customers deserve better. Take a little extra time at closing and clean the place up. Very bad look on the managers there. They're the ones in charge.
