the ice cream is okay. However, it’s overpriced for what it is and they are SO SLOW. Came in tonight with 4 people and it took us almost 55 minutes to even receive ice cream. There was only one couple ahead of us…

i went to kreamkles because it was highly recommended by friends. the experience was honestly not the best. i walked in and got in line to place my order. once the guest in front of me finished i walked forward to place my order and was completely skipped. the team member took a guest of fives order. once completing their order. he proceeded to try and take someone else’s order and i said i’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes to place my order. once i placed it i waited to be called once my order was complete. prior to it being finished another team member tried to place my order with someone else i politely walked up and said hey that is my order and the the guest wanted to question me if it was my order when my name was completely on it. the ice cream was great but the customer service definitely wasn’t all there.

With 5 or 6 people ahead of us we waited an hour and a half for our overpriced mid ice cream. Guess we should have known that was just the nature of this style of ice cream, but still, won't be back, and don't recommend if you have very little ones that get antsy just sitting around.

Three rolls only put in my cup and it costed $15. That is a rip off. Tables were sticky so we definitely didn’t eat inside. I’m grossed out and pissed of about going there.

I feel as if the layout of things could've been better....not enough staff members/lacking in organization and limited on the amount of flavors/scoops a person could have.
Will we be back? No...but, I'm sure someone will find it worth there time because waiting 30 minutes for ice cream when it's 3 staff members but 7 people only to serve is a tad bit outrageous.

Loved the atmosphere and the people were very welcoming however I was not intrigued when my husband and went out for ice cream and went here, the ice cream tastes more like cake. We ate some of it but ended up throwing most of it away because like I said we wanted ice cream not cake. While the people were amazing and the atmosphere was tasteful, sadly we will not be returning!

I've read the reviews and I just want to say that I love my ice cream. I've been there when it's busy and when it was slow. The staff are always nice and patient. I love how light the rolled ice cream is. I remember when it was busy and I had to wait but it wasn't a problem especially when there were 2 employees. One working the cashier and the other making ice cream. The person working the register helped when all the orders were placed. I don't discount others experience but when it comes to the ice cream, it's delicious, delightful, and plentiful. I'll definitely return. Have a great day to all. ?

Very unusual experience. I had never seen or eaten rolled ice cream. It was fun to watch the ice cream being prepared. I would rate the ice cream as good but not great.

You really need to update your hours! Literally walked in at 9:07 and was rudely told that your establishment was closed. The staff had just started making an order for someone but waited for us to stand there and watch and another staff person had to come up and tell us that you were closed.

Loved the raspberry with chocolate and raspberry toppings. The service was great.
