Will NEVER come back to this place !! I come here regularly and they know me to ALWAYS give me my military discount and quite frankly they always have one or two people working at a time. Today i came in and there was only 1 girl so we waited like 15 mins until she could take our order. Like I stated before I always have came here so anytime I come I get my military discount and I went to show the girl I have military and she said “ I don’t think we do that .” And I replied yes yall do because I get it everytime and just came in here a week ago . Its clear as day this girl doesn’t know how to do her job and for this reason I will not be coming here anymore. At least if you are gonna have one person working by themselves they need to be fully trained on the icecream and the register ! This is ridiculous. DO BETTER KREAMKLES and no wonder I see a lot of bad reviews under this business . Yall will no longer receive any of my nor my husbands hard working money
We LOVE rolled ice cream and try to get it everywhere we travel, and we were so excited to hear about Kreamkles. We went a few days ago and automatically got the impression that the girls were having a bad day and the atmosphere was dead. There was no music, the workers were very quiet and off putting, and unlike other rolled ice cream shops we’ve been to they didn’t have a menu with recommendations or pre-named bowls— it was very difficult to decide because of this especially since we were limited to one flavor. We weren’t completely put off by this since it was a different shop, so we gave it a try and I got a milkshake and my husband got a small rolled ice cream with his fixings. My milkshake was made with Hershey's chocolate syrup, it wasn’t anything special and there was an overload of syrup. I couldn’t drink it and gave it to my husband, and he hated it. His rolled ice cream didn’t even fill the bowl and wasn’t uniform with the rolls, very underwhelming. We were asking both of the girls questions when trying to decide and only one put forth the effort to answer our questions, the other looked like she couldn’t care less. We were actually really disappointed by the experience, was hoping for more.
Closes at 9, not 10 as listed.
The ice cream is not great. It's a low butterfat content, high air. It's a common way to cut costs. You cannot say it's because they roll the ice cream; other rolled ice cream does not do this. The waxy taste and watery melted ice cream (not runny) is a dead giveaway. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't cost us $15 for 2 small. The lack of flavor just makes everything worse. Husband's banana tasted like vanilla. My Reese's flavor tasted like weak peanut butter with flavorless chocolate specs.
We were visiting from out of town from Yulee, FL for AAU Girls Basketball and found them online nearby. We went on a Saturday. I love supporting small local businesses & this stop was worth it. One worker in there by himself took our order & we waited patiently as others were in front of us. It’s made to order and it’s fresh & me & my kids loved it! I’d come back again! Very sweet worker.
A fun experience with delicious ice cream.
Flavor isn’t flavoring, price not worth it.
It's fine place to have ice cream. The fact that they make it fresh is an added bonus to me.
Came in at 7:45pm and we were told she won’t take our family’s order because they close at 8pm. Pathetic service.
Fun to watch, beautiful display of ice cream making, delicious flavors!

the ice cream is okay. However, it’s overpriced for what it is and they are SO SLOW. Came in tonight with 4 people and it took us almost 55 minutes to even receive ice cream. There was only one couple ahead of us…
i went to kreamkles because it was highly recommended by friends. the experience was honestly not the best. i walked in and got in line to place my order. once the guest in front of me finished i walked forward to place my order and was completely skipped. the team member took a guest of fives order. once completing their order. he proceeded to try and take someone else’s order and i said i’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes to place my order. once i placed it i waited to be called once my order was complete. prior to it being finished another team member tried to place my order with someone else i politely walked up and said hey that is my order and the the guest wanted to question me if it was my order when my name was completely on it. the ice cream was great but the customer service definitely wasn’t all there.
With 5 or 6 people ahead of us we waited an hour and a half for our overpriced mid ice cream. Guess we should have known that was just the nature of this style of ice cream, but still, won't be back, and don't recommend if you have very little ones that get antsy just sitting around.

There is a long wait to get your order, not enough sitting space but well worth it all

Three rolls only put in my cup and it costed $15. That is a rip off. Tables were sticky so we definitely didn’t eat inside. I’m grossed out and pissed of about going there.
