I've read the reviews and I just want to say that I love my ice cream. I've been there when it's busy and when it was slow. The staff are always nice and patient. I love how light the rolled ice cream is. I remember when it was busy and I had to wait but it wasn't a problem especially when there were 2 employees. One working the cashier and the other making ice cream. The person working the register helped when all the orders were placed. I don't discount...
The ice cream is pretty good (I ordered the cheese cake). Nice location and nice atmosphere. However the customer service isn't that great. The staff looked as if they didn't want to be there.
Cute, clean place. Giving 3 stars because of the service. Two young girls were sitting in the lobby as I walked up with my niece on their phones. I watched them watch us walk in and give a dirty look, and then they smirked and giggled as we walked in. Neither of them smiled or showed any positive attitude for the entire visit to us nor the other family that walked in. Felt like more of a burden than a valued customer.
