Stopped to get a dozen… Door was locked and the rude girl unlocked the door without a word. Waited at the counter and was ignored for 5 minutes. We left and will never return….

The Krystals on st augustine rd has the worst service ever. Every time I come here they interrupt you as you are ordering. Never have items on the menu. And their manners at the window is ridiculous. Get some better management Krystals.

Food was cold went back to have a fresh smash burger made and was worse than the first one... Service was even worse they were mad because we asked for a fresh hot smash burger then threw the second that was colder than the first out the window and shut it on us!!!

Burgers were cold. Bun was stale. Did not enjoy the food for the first time ever. We all have an off day. Will be back tomorrow.
When I got there, two older ladies recommended I leave. They said they had been waiting for 37 minutes. By the time they received their order, 45 minutes had passed. It took about 23 minutes for me to get my order. Had the food been better, the wait would not have mattered. Way to pricy. Enjoy or DON'T!

Every morning I come here the lady at the window always is so nice nasty!! She's mean while taking the order but then nice once you're at the window 🤦🏽♀️ Sick of it. I come back because they're the only place open after I get off. Telling me that the glazed chicken biscuit doesn't come in a combo. 🤦🏽♀️ then gave me a plain chicken biscuit 🤦🏽♀️
