Walked in to get a hot and ready pizza. Family ate the entire pizza and then today I went to reheat a piece for my daughter. Good thing I was cutting it into small pieces because there was A PENNY baked into the crust.

very dumb new policy they wouldn’t let me call in for pick up with cash for an order that was 66$ then proceeded to tell me that I would have to hang up and press a number or a manger. that is complete bull.

Pizza tasted good, but damn, learn how to make it right. Not just slap things together and call it good. This isn't even close to the pic of the Detroit style pizza. Did no one teach you how to do your job? I have it 2 stars because it at least still taste good.

Placed an order to go on the app. Sat down to eat when we got home. The crazy bread was like eating raw bread dough. Attempted to call the store multiple times with no answer. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

I live 25 miles away from the store at five points and every time I try to call them they never pick up my call , but when I get to the store they have the music so loud that they can't hear the call .

Sometimes the pizza is not done and I have to tell them to put it back in the oven but the young black kid always on top of it and he always friendly and make sure the order is right he weres a pizza hat .

Visit the store an hour and a half before closing and ask for a couple pizza, the cashier guy looked at me like i was bothering him and gave a looked at the person that was making the pizza like i was doing something wrong. They make you feel like they don’t want you to buy anything! I would understand if I’m showing up a few minutes before closing but it was over an hour. I don’t complain about the food but I do about the poor service. Also when anyone asks how are you or says thank you by courtesy you answer to that.

Very good customer service

I did an online order for three pizzas for a meal at work. Two of the pizzas in the order were prepared wrong. In this case it didn’t really matter because the people eating the pizzas didn’t know the order was prepared wrong. That said, I knew. I won’t walk away from the counter next time without opening the boxes and looking.
