Here it is Friday night 12/13/24 6:30 P.M. Wanting a quick meal, but expecting crowd. The place was barely busy. Unusual for a Friday night. But I soon discovered why. The food was way way off the mark of good. The catfish was fried with some unknown catfish mill. Nasty, it was as bad as that ole catfish place near Tractor Supply. At one time I was the only person at any of the food counter. Apparently not a regular, there are others who agree with the decline of presentation and taste. Let’s talk about interior. The booths are ripped and torn. Harder than a cement concrete slab. The carpet looks like a dog bed that’s never been washed. Maybe it’s all about the dollar now and not quality food and comfort. Maybe Mama Junes has run her course. With the lack of customers on a Friday night supports that. That was my last visit.

Dirty, nasty, place. Stinky restrooms. Mediocre food. Gross drinks. Place looks old and run down. Too expensive for what it is. Never going back again. Health inspectors need to do a better job in this town.

Bad experience... The food was very poor. It was as though it had been sitting around all day. At least change out the food. Or freshen up the bar. It's ridiculous. We drove a long way for a great dining experience and left disappointed once again.

There were six of us that went there for Thanksgiving this year 2024. The dressing with the turkey in it was not bad. But the turkey itself was so dry. It tasted like turkey not only that meat that I tried was not good. What they had represented as catfish, fried catfish was not fried catfish totally different flavor. It was over salted the salt was so thick. I had to drink lots of water with it. My family will not be going back for Thanksgiving or any other time. The service was good. The server was very friendly and kind. The people that worked there are wonderful people, and they are all very kind and wonderful people, but the food was awful Potatoes were so thick just eat them. I just won’t be going back this. I looked up the reviews of this restaurant before we went because I was gonna be meeting Family from out of town and we were meeting at a pathway point. I filled my plate one time I ate a fourth of what was on the plate and that was it, I will not go back if this is what Southern cooking I’ve been brought up in the south my whole life and I’ve never never never had food that taste it like that.

Facility is looking very shabby. Booth benches need reupholstered, soda machines weren't working but wait staff was upbeat and helpful

I loved the whole buffet. It would be wonderful if the foods were labelled for someone with dietary restrictions like me.
Fire the shrimp and fish cook. Twice shrimp is hard rubbery overcooked catfish undercooked. I asked for good shrimp. I’m told the cook who apparently is boss said no not until another hour. Really I’m done here GO TO OLE TIMES manager is not the boss I’m guessing

Old people restaurant, that had bland food. The ribs were dry, the mac and cheese was sad and the lasenga was flavorless. The desserts were cheaply made.
The service great but the food appealed more to an elderly crowd. Meemaw and Pawpaw will love it.
Not worth the price just go to Applebees instead.

Went here today with my husband and granddaughter. We definitely will not be going back. They don’t even have kids cups and the workers looked unkept. The area where they have their water for rags and making drinks was a no go for me. Just turned me off. The food was poorly seasoned. No thank you
