I walked in and there was somebody at the register helping people. one employee was mopping the dining room and the place looked very clean and nobody seemed agitated. I ordered carry out and sat down to wait, and the register person brought me my coffee which I thought was really nice. Another employee brought another opder couple their breakfast. The place seemed well organized and managed and the employees should get a raise for being so efficient and calm

Had to pick up food late at night. Used a Big Mac deal and received a mostly full drink, fries that were essentially matchsticks, and a Big Mac that was sopping in sauce. Too late to go back to get a refund. Gonna frequent it after midnight now and make sure everything is how it's supposed to be before I leave.

Just got the number 7 and got home. In one of my sandwiches i noticed a little pull and let there be know.. a whole hair was in my burger. i didn’t even eat the other one out of pure disgust. What made it worse was there wasn’t just one hair, there was 2, one short and one long. I wish i would’ve just went to sonic instead of going there, i would’ve saved myself the headache and the disruption to my day.

They can't make an ice coffee that isn't FULL of coffee grounds, literally do not understand. Waited 15 minutes for fresh and still totally FULL of grounds. Gross.
