Was in Valdosta GA. I walked up to counter to order, The cashier was mopping and threw the mop in the bucket and came to the counter. I said hello, how are you today?She didn't look at me and didn't talk to me...very rude.I said never mind and walked out.

As a doordash delivery driver North Ashley store employees after me standing there after ringing the doorbell one time stood there 20 minutes all three employees including the manager looked directly at us the order of sitting there by the door it takes them 35 minutes to come to the door to hand us to order we're the only ones

I guess it’s the typical McDonald’s, not clean but not dirty enough to turn around and walk out. The front counter was not manned and no one was going to take your order. You either had to use the kiosk to order and pay or you did without. I suppose you could use the drive through. Our burgers were best described as warm. Only the meat had seen any heat, so if you wanted a hot hamburger you were disappointed. The fries, though not fully cooked, were warmer than the burger. Our fountain drink was good.I guess it’s the future. Workers want higher wages and owners cut the staffing levels. Customers are left with a diminishing product.

I love this location in Valdosta Georgia it's clean, great service and the food was hot ? and fast. There is a great person there a middle aged gentleman , that walks with a limp I can't remember his name but he was very friendly and professional.
