They did not want to assist me today, Sunday at 8 pm, they did not even listen to me through the window for the sole reason that I was not driving a car. That is impossible for it to happen in this great country. I do not recommend that place to anyone.

27 min wait for curbside pick up. I could have gone through drive through and would have except there's always some issue with my order (wrong order, missing items, etc).
Stopped for breakfast each day while doing relief work in the area. They moved the mine fairly quickly, always polite employees, easy to access to to location on corner with multiple access points.

Very bad service, the ice machines did not work, the staff does not meet the standard of customer service and the food took too long. The restaurant was dirty as well as the bathrooms. They should review this place and fix it.

Had a trip from Miami to Indiana and this was one of our stops. Ordered food for 8 people which came out to $78. Was missing food and so I went in to let them know and grab my items. The only white lady working, which I am assuming was the manager really needs to be sent to a customer service camp. Not friendly and looked more annoyed that I was in there to grab my missing items that I paid for. The other employees, which were all black, were so much nicer and more customer service oriented. They are the only reason this location did not receive a one star review from me. If I were McDonalds I would reconsider having her on staff or send her to receive customer service courses in order for her to keep her job. And sure that sounds brutal but o worked retail for over 10 years and even on my bad days I learned to smile for my customers. You cannot take out your bad days on your customers and if a prior customer was crappy, remember that the next one has nothing to do with it. If I had gone in yelling or cussing I would say okay but I walked in and asked for my missing items politely and she treated me like she was doing me a favor even after I paid. I am also sending this to corporate.
