i went for the first time in a few years because McDonald’s has gone up in price to where it’s not worth getting anymore but i got off work and it being the only place open i figured why not… got a Big Mac and it was the most disappointing Big Mac ive ever had, it was dry because there were hardly any of the ingredients that come on it and no sauce, the fries were also not cooked well at all… considering that i dont go to McDonalds often, that Big Mac pretty much solidified that i will never go to a McDonalds ever again.

The food is usually okay enough I guess. The service is pretty much always rough. I think I’ve had one employee there actually treat me like a person and not an inconvenience. I keep giving it another chance and I’m always proven right. I stopped to grab a drink really quick on my way to a funeral and I didn’t notice my cup holders were full. While I was moving stuff around the woman at the window (older woman with an accent) literally snapped at me and told me to hurry up and she couldn’t wait on me. I’m talking like five seconds. Meanwhile I’ve sat at the drive through for several minutes.

I had a bad experience at this location. The young pregnant woman working in the drive-thru was very rude when I tried to ask about my order. Another employee — a woman with short twists in her hair and a noticeable accent — also spoke to me disrespectfully and told me to drive back around after I had already waited about 10 minutes to pick up my online order. The overall attitude from both employees was unprofessional and made the visit frustrating and unpleasant. This was on 10/17/25 @ 10:50 a.m.

This morning, i went to drive thru and the food was good but the service was So bad , the ground woman on the second window I told her can I have grape jelly, I repeated that 3 times, and she was so rude and she didn’t gave me the grape jelly 🥲
