Didn't want want eat here but beggars can't be choosers in this little town. Ordered on the app. Nobody taking order despite no indication drive thru were closed. The app accepted the order. The guy in the purple shirt said they were closed when pulled around to pick up. Was more interested in repeatedly saying they were closed than telling me j How to get a refund. It's open 24 hours on the app and on Google but reserve the right to close at anytime without telling anyone until you pick up yout food. McDonald's needs to do better in choosing employees who represent and make decisions for their brand.

Starting with the terrible treatment of customers, they talk to you horribly, they never have the order you make, the cashier had a cockroach crawling on her hand, and to top it off, they have the worst food of all, cold and wrong.

I ordered the family breakfast 3 biscuits and 5 hashbrowns got my order drove home and had one biscuit and 5 hashbrowns , so had to drive back to Macdonald to get other 2 biscuits, walked in and server acted like I was wrong , finally got my 2 sausage biscuits and went home . Food was good but will probably go to a different location from now on .

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. They never seem to have it together, I waited nearly 5 minutes just to get someone to answer me on the drive thru speaker. Employees need some training on how to interact more professional with customers. I tired to pay with cash and the girl at the window said, “I already told you back there we don’t have any change left. If you want to pay cash I can’t give you change”. I had 3 people in the car with me and we all can confirm she never said that. We all thought it was a bit strange she wanted to keep the change so we ended up paying with card. The other times I’ve been here it’s always slow and it’s never really that busy. They need better leadership.

There were probably 5 different people waiting on food. Staff is unattentive. I ultimately ordered 2 kids meals because my kids were hungry and we’d fought the December traffic to get here. Table was sticky. Waited a while for the meals, then got them with not a single napkin & there’s no where to grab napkins and I wasn’t going to stand at the counter for 20 minutes before they noticed me or asked what I needed like the other people waiting. I haven’t been here in about a year, and every time I visit a McDonald’s, I remember why I never do.
