I came in at around 10 pm Sunday December 8th. 2024 I came to the Drive thru. I originally ordered the 10pc nugget combo. The order taken tells me theyâre out of nuggets. Which was ok I wasnât upset I just changed my order to a crispy chicken sandwich combo. When I get to the first window to pay heâs telling me âI canât take the nuggets offâ so I wait for about 6-8 mins as heâs looking confused and has to get a manager which he tells me he doesnât know where she is to give him a min and he will be back he has to âfind his managerâ Finally she came and takes the nuggets off and I was able to pay and move to the next window. This wasnât my issue the issue I had was when I received my food after all of that I received the wrong food. Instead of a crispy chicken sandwich I got a mc chicken sandwich and was charged for the crispy. So I try to go inside but the doors were locked which is understandable considering the time . I go back to the drive thru no one is seen at any window so I blow my horn to get someoneâs attention then a lady wearing a red McDonaldâs shirt came she was very nice and helped me I told her I got the wrong order and she asked the kitchen to re make it for me. I got the sandwich and I left. When I got down the road I I took a bite out of the sandwich and the CHICKEN WAS BURNT I mean it was BLACK AND DRY!! I didnât even attempt to go back for a refund I just took it as a loss because the frustration would have been to much!! The only good service I got was from the lady who asked the kitchen to remake my food. She had blonde hair and a red and yellow âMâ shirt on. I understand being out of nuggets, I understand being short staffed I understand a lot of things but I donât understand giving out wrong food then giving out burnt food when itâs already a remake.
