Stopped at this McDonald's while traveling for vacation. Worse McDonald's by far. That is saying a lot since I travel for work. 3 employees including the manager could not operate the register and the kiosk was out of order. Finally the manager pulled a worker from the food area to come assist. Very disorganized. Everyone seemed lost in what exactly they should be doing. A lot of standing around waiting then tripping over each other. So glad it was not during peak lunch hours. Only two other customers eating in the dining room and our food was not prepared correctly for kids that want things plain or without lettuce. I will say the drive thru looked like they had it together. Don't waste your time or energy at this location. Drive to the next exit.

Sat in takeout line for several minutes and no one came on the intercom. Pulled around the store and into the other line snd someone finally answered. As for the order, the fries were Luke warm at best and the burger was dry. Came into the store to get replacements. Not very receptive.

This McDonald's was surprisingly very good. Very clean and food cane out hot and fresh. Manager was really on top of all employees making sure they did their jobs correctly.

I don’t even like mcdonalds in my home town but my son wanted to go after we went to wild adventures and this is the Best McDonald’s ever and great customer service perfect place to go and cheap after a long day of fun 💙💙

Poorly ran, the service is awful, no response from the general manager, the food was cold, store was dirty, the order was wrong, trash in the parking lot, employees outside smoking and drinking, they don’t answer the phone at any time, Poor leadership. Roaches on the drink machine, I advise never eat there.
