This was the worst experience ever, and the peopke that were in there with us all said the same thing: never again. That kiosk service sucks, nobody even looked at us when we walked in. I couldn't tell them the way I wanted my sandwich cooked, etc etc, like at normal places where they have normal customer service. There's a Hardee's right down the way and a Burger King too and they do things the old-fashioned way so that's where we're all going next time.

25 min. in the drivethru. Half of that was between paying and pickup. Had nothing to do with large orders and everything to do with staff. Coffee was luke warm water, all food was cold and on biscuits instead of English muffins. They count on you getting right back on highway and not bothering to go back and complain. Avoid this location at all costs. One bite and everything went in the garbage.

Got off the freeway, waited aprox 12 minutes, noone in line. Ordered a big Mac meal, got back on the freeway and realized only one burger Patty on my sandwich and it was ice cold. Jeez! It's too expensive fast food . The people working g there have one job and can't even do that right. The manager must have taken the day off! Great job you lazy people.

Horrible place. Yet another Mcdonalds where this happens. I go to the register to order, i was told someone would be with me shortly, i wait about 5 mins and someone from the back yells and asks if i know how to use the kiosk to order, i let them know that i dislike using the kiosk, then im told its gonna be a while before they can take my order then. So i simply walk out and leave. What kind of place is this? They cant even take someones order, i dont work there, i dont get paid to take my own order, thats why you have employees. Whats next? I have to make my own food as well? What ever happened to customer service? This is why Mcdonalds will never compare to places like Wendys or let alone Chic Fila. Mcdonalds has tanked tremendously.

This McDonald's is by far the best one in Valdosta hands down! It's always kept very clean and the workers are quick and courteous. I had gone there one evening with only a few dollars in my pocket to get something to eat. I ordered 2 items off the menu and the total after tax came out to more than what I was holding in my hand. When I started to gripe about the tax fee in Georgia the very nice young man behind the counter whose name was Shamar asked me "If money wasn't an issue what would you order?" I told him what I would order if I had the money as he punched it into the register. When I was finished giving him the order the total came to $19 plus change after tax. He reached in his pocket pulled out his wallet and withdrew a $20 dollar bill and paid for my meal.This random act of kindness from a stranger named Shamar really lifted my spirits that night on a time when I was really down and out. If this young man is not a manager in that establishment he surely needs to be. In the future I will only be spending my money at this McDonald's.

My husband and I decided not to go to McDonald's anymore. $25.00 for a fast food breakfast for 2 people is too much money. We don't blame the staff. We are well aware that inflation is rampant under Biden's economics.The staff at this location were friendly, efficient, and as quick as possible. If we could afford it, we'd return to this location.
