Just went for lunch as I fancied a burger, doors were locked and a gentlemen told us that he just went inside and they put the gate down on him and said drive thru only, he asked why there were people in there seated and was told they were already there.. did not want to go thru the extra extra long drive thru so went to Wendy's instead. No signage... no explanation!

The person taking orders at night is pretty rude and she doesn't really act like she has the time to help you. Long wait with only one car in front of us. Food is never really that great and they don't even make it correctly. How hard is it to literally read the screen of a MOBILE ORDER or even read the receipt and make the sandwiches all accordingly instead of making them all regular. Could be allergic to onions and they would never care when they don't read the tickets to make your food. On the bright side, the man working window (whether he is crew or manager) was very friendly and made sure to let us know they were holding on a sandwich.

I don’t understand how this location claims they stop doing dinner at 3:59 AM. Half of the time you pull up to the drive thru window it’s barely 3 AM and they say they’re only doing DoorDash orders. I will no longer eat at any locations here. I don’t get why online ordering is not turned off then. What a useless staff. You all are a joke.

So irritating that they don’t want to do their job. It is 3:25 or 3:30am and nobody wants to make the food I mobile ordered . SHUT the APP down then. Someone doesn’t want to do their job. How you can still be making doordash orders but can’t make my mobile order it’s always an excuse . I’m so pissed off today it doesn’t make sense I’ll just quit trying to go to this location and McDonald’s. Food is mediocre majority of the time anyways.
