Environment was not pleasant. Staff was not engaged, short staff, wasn't too clean or appealing, seating too crowded, food just ok, except smoked sausage was very good.

Have been spoiled by their competition Mama June's. The meal was not worth what I paid. The desert table was very lacking in taste and temperature. Except for the bread pudding. This was my second time eating there. And my last.

The food is always great , you can never go wrong with a plate from here.
However when I walked in the cashier (Joyce B which is on my receipt) was leaning on the counter , never acknowledged my presence so I proceeded to let her know "Hey I just want to go ". As I was getting ready to pay for my food ,she had a nice conversation with the man in front of me but when I got up to the register she was completely quiet, I didn't get that same energy she gave him lol. Customer service should be consistent

Take out. Started sample eating the food in the parking lot and almost couldn't stop eating it ?. It was really good. Just wish I could have eaten inside. But we were traveling

The food was tasteless, and much of it was empty. Service not much better had to beg for refills twice.

Would I eat there again, maybe. The chicken was smoked at quite delicious. The tomatoes in the salad bar were gross. The pasta dishes were good but could be a little better. The food, while not great there was room for improvement.

Do not sleep on this place! This down-home countrr style buffet is amazing food and good prices. We came here on a Saturday night and caught the seafood buffet. Fried whole catfish was cooked perfectly and flaked right off. The barbecue chicken was flavorful and fall off the bone tender. The usual southern staples, such as cheese grits, mashed potatoes, and cream corn tasted homemade. Desserts were amazing also. Highly recommend!

The waitress insisted that we wait on her to clean a table rather than to push two clean tables together. She told someone else to work on cleaning the table and walked off. Asked for a mountain dew because the coffee was terrible. The waitress never brought it. She waited on other tables while ignoring us.
This could be overlooked if there was good food. However, the food was worse than mediocre. 5 adults = $85. We were all beyond disappointed. Spend your money somewhere else.
