I have called several times to place an order for The Alfredo Pasta with Scallops, Tired to place an order today for that and They couldn't ring me up for That , Lost a customer

We had a bad visiting about 2 weeks and the manager gave me a 50.00 gift card to try again.we tried it again it was worse.

Love this place. Always have great service and great food. When I went here just a few days ago they were so busy they didn't have any servers for tables. This was not a problem at all as I don't mind waiting. They asked if we wanted to sit at the bar and we said yes. The girl bartending was taking care of us. She was nice but she was so busy!! I felt bad for her when she was running back and forth trying to make all the drinks AND take care of us. She was amazing!

Just let me start by saying, I travel all the time and everywhere in the country! This Olive Garden is by far the worse I have ever experienced! We got to the restaurant early for dinner, there had to have been 7 to 8 staff members, ranging from server to management just standing around doing nothing! I went up and asked for a table for my family of 4, nobody acknowledged me! We waited at least 15 minutes before being brought all the way to the back of the restaurant, which was empty, except for maybe 3 other tables! Nobody else was waiting for a table and the place was empty! I have no idea why we had to wait so long to be seated! The restaurant was dirty and dingy, the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable! Any other time I have been in an Olive garden, it was well lit, clean, and the staff inviting! NOT this one! It was beyond horrible!! After waiting more once seated, the waitress finally came! She wasn't really friendly, but still seemed ok! I still felt like we were bothering the entire staff! It was nothing I have ever experienced in any restaurant before! We ordered the salad, bread sticks, and appetizer, then the main course, everything came out at the same time and the table was over crowded with no room to actually eat! The salad hardly had any dressing, the bread sticks were hard and cold, like they had been sitting for hours! The appetizer was soggy and not even warm! Never ending salad and breadsticks are not a thing apparently at this Olive garden! We asked for a second basket of bread sticks, and we're told that there were no bread sticks anywhere to be found in the restaurant! The table was never cleared of any dishes the entire time! Everything showed up together and apparently everything got cleared together, with no refills of any kind! The restaurant remained empty the entire time except for a few tables! What was weird, upon making it to the front waiting area, it was packed! There was a worker standing there with a clip board, but not greeting customers! I heard a woman say, can I get on your list for a table, and still not being acknowledged! NEVER again will I go anywhere near that Olive Garden again! After this experience, I may never go to any other Olive Garden ever!! It's a shame because Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite places and we paid a lot of money for horrible food and a beyond horrible atmosphere!! If no stars was an option in the review, that's what I would have given!! NEVER AGAIN!!

It’s been a long time since we had eaten at an Olive Garden, and even longer since we had eaten lunch in one. The food and service were both very good, but I must confess that I didn’t remember them having a lunch menu. There was a time when $12 for lunch was high, but now it seems to be the going rate. A “combo” meal at Chick Fli A isn’t a lot less than that and isn’t as good.

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant yesterday, which I can honestly say was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. We arrived at the restaurant around 9:15 PM and waited for our table. Once we were seated, we didn’t receive any drinks, but until that point, everything seemed fine.
The problems began when the server came to take our food orders. There were five of us, and we started by ordering the starter, which was fine, and then the salad, which was also fine. However, when it came to the main course, we ordered lasagna and four plates of spaghetti with shrimp and chicken (I’m not sure of the name of the dish), along with five desserts.
I should mention that my English isn’t very strong, but I did my best to communicate by saying, "I want 4 of this," and we even used our fingers to gesture the number 4. We waited a long time for our starters; in fact, they even brought us the salad before the starters. Additionally, we had to ask for cutlery because they hadn’t provided any.
When the main courses finally arrived, we received two lasagnas and one of the other dish, but we continued waiting, thinking the rest were still being prepared. After about 10 minutes, I started to feel suspicious. I asked someone about it, and that’s when we realized our order had been taken incorrectly and the server was confused.
In the end, we asked for the bill and decided to skip the desserts because we didn’t want to stay there for another second. I had already been there once and it felt like a trustworthy place where I knew I could eat well, but with yesterday's experience, never again.

We come in here to eat dinner. We sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody come over. Asked if we wanted anything or anything so we just left very poor service at this place. They don’t even acknowledge you. I do not recommend this place.

Our waitress was very sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. We always feel welcomed.

i always expect a wait for olive garden. we were told about 30-40 mins and we were happy to wait. we got the notification our table was ready after just 10 mins! the food was perfect, portions were huge. the waitress was so fun and friendly. definitely recommend!

Kid-friendliness: the waitress was patient and kind when my son wanted to order his own food. she even let him try to do the cheese grater on his own and he was so happy.
