If I could give them 0 stars I would check your online orders instead of giving away a persons one item when they get to the window. Was looking forward to this brownie all day. The thought of it got me through many things, too bad I didn’t actually get to eat it :)

The Panera in Valdosta was a little disappointing. I only got a tablespoon full of chicken salad on my sandwich.

I waited in a long line and ordered my food standing up. I went and got my food when they called my name. I cleared off my own table. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Probably considered petty by most people but....just for that...I won't be going back.

I ordered a med drink and they gave me a small cup and said it was a medium. I paid for a medium and the guy sat there and argued with me when every other time I’ve got a med it’s way bigger. For 18 dollars for a lunch it’s a rip off. Bad customer service

Can’t cap it’s cool to look at right but what is yall doing in this place I had the food a chili bowl and a cheesesteak sandwich that shit was bland and everything was like warm and the pomegranate hab tea was basically kool aid water im not Coming back lol I mean I’m watching all these people come in and love it and im mad Confused although their apples are amazing

I was never asked about my points at drive through then getting my food which was a bagel and mango smoothie it was horrible my bagel was burnt and the smoothie was bitter as hell . This the second time this has happened and I always choose. Panera before anything else but not any more. Couldn’t even enjoy it because it was burnt and hard just threw the whole breakfast away smh😡😡

Have been over and over for the past 3 months to get an expresso and their machine is broken still. Asked today and was told it costs a lot of money and they was waiting on owners to approve.
Can’t believe Panera can’t make enough to fix this as they sell coffee. Step it up. All of your business is going to Starbucks for this reason.

Out of squash soup, latte machine not operable, coffee in carafe was cold, out of half and half and milk at coffee station, no hazelnut or flavored syrup options. The dinkiest caprese sandwich I’ve ever seen with no basil and a few pieces of iceberg lettuce with two very thinly sliced mushy tomatoes. Ordered it to-go and had to ask for napkins and then come back in and ask for a spoon to eat my French onion soup. Friendly servers and clean dining area. Would expect they would have more in stock the day after Christmas with all the people traveling and not wanting to cook.
