I waited in a long line and ordered my food standing up. I went and got my food when they called my name. I cleared off my own table. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Probably considered petty by most people but....just for that...I won't be going back.
Out of squash soup, latte machine not operable, coffee in carafe was cold, out of half and half and milk at coffee station, no hazelnut or flavored syrup options. The dinkiest caprese sandwich I’ve ever seen with no basil and a few pieces of iceberg lettuce with two very thinly sliced mushy tomatoes. I ordered the pickled onion steak and cheese with extra pickled onion. The menu now says they have carmelized onion, but the lady checked and said they still had pickled red onions. Red, yes. Onion, no. For an almost $20 lunch, I kind of expect whoever is making the food to know the difference between a red onion and a red pepper.
