Drove 45 minuets to this location at 3:40PM mid day to place an order since online isn’t available but see the store is closed. Only says it is open online.

I paid 22 dollars for one small pizza and had only pepperoni. The pizza was cold and was no good at all . Last time to order from them

The pictures below are from the first time I ordered this pizza nearly a week ago and the second picture of hot garbage is from today. This is my third bad experience with this particular Papa Johns and it will be my last as I will no longer be ordering from them. The first was an order that didn't have everything I ordered, but as it was lunch hours I left it alone and moved on. The second time was during the recent hurricane and although I was understanding of the circumstances I never received my over $60 worth of food, nor have I seen a refund to my account that I was said to be getting by the management team member I contacted. Now today I get a pizza that looks like it was thrown on the floor and tossed around everywhere? No thank you. Papa Johns is a favorite of my family and myself and when I'm out of town we may still give it a go. This local Papa Johns however will NOT be receiving anymore business from me. My five year old even said this pizza looks disgusting and all the toppings are in one spot.

Contacted the store and spoke to Danny with their management team. A new pizza was made and delivered free of charge. I still stand by not giving this store any more of my business personally as I am strict on my three strike rule. Hopefully better results in the future and a better system put into place that might convince me to come back.

Pizza tastes like warm cardboard and has zero flavor. The worst pizza I’ve ever wasted money on. I thought Dominoes was bad and that is a complete understatement.

This is the best place to order pizza for any night. These folks always go above and beyond to make sure I have pizza when I want it. I've tried Dominos for the last time. From now on, Its papa johns for us.

I've been buying pizzas from there for a long time but today when I ordered, the pizza and the boneless wings were disappointing. They put too much cheese on my pizza when I asked for easy on the cheese. The boneless wings were rubbery. That is not real chicken!!!

Today , I ordered food and the person never came. Then when I went to check on the food the restaurant was closed. At least have enough common courtesy to say that you cannot deliver the food or take any orders at said time. Instead of doing that you choose to waste my time by making excuses saying that the card does work when it did and then I decided to just pay with cash and you still did not show. What’s the problem?? Next time please just say sorry we are closing soon and we cannot take your order.

Ordered online and got a very undercooked doughy pizza. ?

Bit into this slice of pizza to find a sticky plastic disc, which left a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m guessing it’s probably from some sort of cleaning solution they use. Anywho, I did notify the store so they would be aware and hopefully be more careful while preparing people’s food. Store associate did offer to give me a store credit, but I declined as I won’t be eating here again anytime soon.
