Ordered an epic stuffed crust, extra garlic sauce, and a 2 liter. I received the pizza, the wrong sauce, and a 20 ounce. Delivery was later and food dropped off at the door with no knock.

I live in Atlanta, made a mistake ordered at this store in Valdosta..Mr AARON WAS ABSOLUTELY PROFOUNDLY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND PLEASANT. THIS BY FAR WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 2025! He alone made it worth being patron at Papa John's! Aaron's exemplary customer service skills is the pinacole & paragon of service!

I got a specialty the works large pizza, over half of the pizza just had cheese and pizza sauce had very very small potion of the middle had the meats & veggies and not alot. The worst pizza I have ever had from papa johns!!

Large pizzas today look like medium side and ordered a large stuff crust, added pineapple with pepperoni, and it cost $24.00. ... 🍕 keep getting this creepy feeling in my gut, I'm getting scammed... thoughts or am I just poor, cheap, and care more about my hard earned money 💰

what happened to regular delivery drivers i ordered from papa john’s and doordash delivered my order and took it BOTH TIMES i called the store they only offered a refund but i wanted my food but i guess it’s too late i see why pizza places are losing quality they they book a doordash to further be cheap

Ordered a “Works” pizza off the menu and selected “Well done” in-app (I like crispy crust). Not only was the pizza not well done, I would argue that it was under-cooked. The dough beneath the toppings was slippery and dense. Included a photo with the lifted toppings, cheese, and sauce to show the underdone dough beneath. I’m no health expert but I feel like that would have been risky so I baked mine for an extra 10mins @ 400F.
