Never coming back here again. We have no problem with karaoke however it was turned up to the max our waitress couldnt even hear us order. However when we did get our order in it was all wrong. Got it right finally however when we got the dip we ordered as an app it tasted like steak and was very watery brought it to the managers attention and all she wanted to do was argue about how we were wrong and all the food is great even as we told her as other customers no one would find this acceptable still she brushed us off. My brothers gf orders a Cesar salad and still came out wrong when it was pointed out about the salad being wrong and even watery we still got attitude. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to pay for bad experience and horrible food and bad management and unnecessary loud music/karoke even after asking them to turn the music down so out waitress could take our order they still didn’t neve come here waste of money

I had a few people tell me the food at Pedro’s was very good so I decided to give it a try. Major disappointment! First of all the salsa was weird. It just had a strange flavor. The black bean dip was better but not a huge fan to start with. I prefer good salsa and chips. As the main, I ordered the Birria tacos. It came with a side of rice and consommé. It was deliciously flavorless. The meat was nice and tender, but it had no flavor. It just wasn’t seasoned well. Same for the consommé. The rice was the only thing that had amazing flavor. I don’t know but whatever they added to the rice, add to the rest of the food. The male server was very nice, but the females had a stank attitude that day. Overall just a MEH experience. First and last time.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at Pedro’s. My kids’ meals were mistakenly swapped with my mother-in-law’s order — they put habanero sauce in my children’s food and made hers non-spicy. Thankfully, I caught it before my kids ate it.
When I raised the issue, the manager came over with a nasty, disrespectful attitude. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they just asked me “what’s wrong” as if it wasn’t a big deal. No concern for safety, no accountability, and no apology.
I called today to speak with the manager (Mitchelle) because I didn’t want to create a scene last night while I was with my kids. It turns out Mitchelle was the same person from last night — and absolutely nothing was done to address or fix the issue.
This is completely unacceptable. I will never return, and I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Our server Tia, was amazing. We were served our food and drinks within minutes. The food came out hot and fresh. Everything was so flavorful right down to the chips and dips; drinks. Tia was very professional and had such a positive energy that allowed us to enjoy our night out even more. I am recommending this place to everyone I know!!!! If you’re nearby or possibly passing through, definitely come here. This place is not a place that your money would go to waste, it worth every penny. Come spend your night out here, and enjoy the karaoke. They are very kid friendly, and even encouraged them to sing and enjoy themselves. Love it here!!!!!!!!

This is my husband and I favorite place, we went at 3:30 on Friday. Sat at the bar and placed our order. The server was attentive until a table of 5 came in then she disappeared (no one else in the restaurant) We finished our meal and nobody cleared the plates, so we moved them to the side of us. A new bartender came in at 4 and he started cleaning the bar area. He completely ignored us when I got his attention and asked if he could serve us...the look he gave us...boy if looks could kill... there were 4 other servers sitting in a booth with drinks and all on their phones. Another server saw me looking at them and she came from sitting at her table to help us, now the bartender did give us another drink but absolutely no interaction after that. Completely ignored us!!! Even as we got up to leave the bartender still said nothing. Also very warm in the building.

I order a tamale and idk what they gave me but it wasn’t close to a tamale. Ordered Burria Tacos ( the ones u dip in the sauce ), they were terrible and NASTY!! they were so soggy I couldn’t even eat it. Terrible experience and probably the worst Mexican place around. They staff sucks to as they didn’t try to help me. And the nasty manager is worse, she’ll just blow u off and disrespect u in ur face when she looks like she has no room to disrespect anybody!! Nasty terrible place -0/10. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Honestly, one of my favorite places in Valdosta. Dragon fruit margarita was delicious! I recommend Pedro's!
