“After my horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on Bemiss Rd., it was refreshing to visit the Northside location and meet Mr. Amarion. I received excellent customer service! Although I had to order my pizza via the app and wait 25-30 minutes, the items in my order were all hot, fresh and delicious! I appreciated Mr. Amarion delivering the order to my vehicle! I will definitely return to this location. Thanks for restoring my trust that there are people that know how to provide customer service!“
“Everything was perfect. I wish the individual that put 1 star because it was not opened yet would remove that because the food & service was excellent. I was anticipating the opening. Was in Adel & stopped in to the Pizza Hut there to find out it was going to close & the new one on Bemiss was opening at the end of August. I was so excited after a longs day work looking up & seeing that they were opened. Everything was cooked well, tasted really good, & was prepared in a timely manner. Great customer service at the window and all. My boneless chicken wings...wanted to taste 1 while driving---they rest didn't make it home...so so good...omg...my personal pan was prepared as ordered. It made it home & was so good to eat while watching my Sunday service virtual ☺️. The breadsticks that came with the pasta. Were soooooo good fresh! Ate them like popcorn....the (chicken) pasta was there for another day. It was on point as well. Keep up the great work & customer satisfaction! Will see yall next time.“
“I ordered pizza and they didn't put what I asked for on my pizza because I'm vegetarian . They put meat on my pizza and I don't want meat on my pizza. But they were really nice. You can't go inside to order just drive through only. Because they are redoing the inside.“
