After my horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on Bemiss Rd., it was refreshing to visit the Northside location and meet Mr. Amarion. I received excellent customer service! Although I had to order my pizza via the app and wait 25-30 minutes, the items in my order were all hot, fresh and delicious! I appreciated Mr. Amarion delivering the order to my vehicle! I will definitely return to this location. Thanks for restoring my trust that there are people that know how to provide customer service!

I couldn't believe Pizza Hut would deliver me such a nasty tasting pizza. No lie, the dough tasted like it had just water in it. The dough was so bad you couldn't taste the sauce. I got into my car and brought the pizza back to the store. The area where they are located is dark and feel unwelcome. Mr. Manager put my money back on my card please.

Ordered food 6:39pm received my order 2 hours later. It was the wrong food. I spoke to pizza hut about it as soon as it arrived. They told me they were closed and took my order# and said i could get my refund in the morning to call back. I called them in the morning and they refused saying i had to return everything untouched. I fed my kids a few slices considering it was there dinner. Employee stated since we all got hit by the hurricane he would have to have it all back and that many people are being shady about it. Why wouldn’t i have been told this yesterday when i spoke with the guy that took my order# and said i could get my refund in the morning. Like i was hit by a hurricane and now I'm shady? For feeding my kids and trying to make it right before hand as my food made it to the door. Y’all are wrong for putting everyone in the same box because of a few bad eggs. No more business from this hurricane survivor

The app was messed up due to a new store opening close by. I waited an hour and called because my pizza wasn't here. It got put in as carry out even though I tipped. Anyway they got my pizza to me....I ordered a thin crust pizza cooked well done. NOPE regular crust with the doughy crust. This was the second time I got the wrong pizza. Plus I don't know how it happened but Pizza Hut is the most expensive chain.

If I could give -100 stars I would ! first off the store is completely filthy! Daniel the general manager is one of the rudest,crudest, most disrespectful, & unprofessional managers I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. Which explains why his managers/staff under him feel entitled to talk and treat customers any kind of way. Doesn’t matter if you’re respectful their attitudes just scream how much they hate it there. You know times have changed when the customer is more professional than the employees. It started off simple I Had an issue with my order The other day and the manager was just horrible to deal with from beginning prior to the issue and after ..so seeing no possibility of resolution there I spoke with corporate because I could not get in touch with the GM at the time. I waited for a response. He (Daniel) called me & seemed apologetic & appeared to be sincere to which he promised me that he would personally call me to let me know when a refund was put in within a few hours. So I waited 4-5 call back he said it still was not put in that he would do it by the end of the night and he would call me to let me know that it was done. He reassured me that when I would know the refund was initiated. So I took his word and waited. No surprise I did not hear back from GMat all that night Nor the next day. I waited over 29 hours could not get in touch with him so I reached out to corporate again simply saying that he did not communicate the way he SAID HE WOULD and I don’t know if the Refund was put in AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS INITIATED AND THAT WAS IT . He then proceeds to to call me later that afternoon 
not to apologize for the delay in communication or reassuring me that he put in the refund he called me, to chastise me while raising his voice to me being completely rude, disrespectful and talking to me like I’m a child or an employee for contacting corporate, then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him that I reached out to corporate to see if the refund was initiated since he did communicate to me so how am I to know ?! Worst of all he was on speaker that my special needs little girl could hear him talking like that to me!! so I of course call corporate to complain. Talking to customers In such a rude disrespectful way is completely unacceptable that it’s unprofessional and uncalled for. , and after speaking to the area manager through email, who didn’t seem surprised or concerned .. just a standard apology and she’ll talk to him as if that’s gonna do anything so from what I can tell customer service is not the same. Pizza Hut clearly does not value their customers like they used to ..& they will never get my business again and that store will never get it my business ever .. Hopefully the new store they’re building will be better if I go there to be honest at this point, I think I’m better dealing with Marco’s pizza. The pizza taste much better. The restaurants are much cleaner than the employees are very kind and professional. The way people should be if you’re kind to them. !!

I ordered curbside for some pizza. Called them at least 10 times, no one answered. Ended up having to go in which defeated the purpose of curbside. A guy who I’m assuming may be the manager, said they were too busy to answer the phone and then he proceeds to tell one of the workers to remind him to go online and turn off the curbside option. This store has been going down hill for awhile. You should have a designated person for curbside and calls, so that curbside orders don’t get put to the side in the process.

Ordered two big boxes, pizzas were not in the correct boxes. Ordered the BBQ brisket pizza, there was only a clump of brisket in the middle of each slice, so resulted in one bite of brisket per piece. Pizzas were cut unevenly, so had either really big slices or small slices. When I went in to pick up my order the associate did not greet me only asked my name, turned around got my order out of the warmer, set in on the counter and walked away. She was too busy loudly yelling at someone, I don't know if it was someone in the back or on her ear bud.

I ordered my pizza at 5 o’clock and it said it was going to be for delivery for 5:27. I just recently moved, so I made sure to change my address before I ordered. So 5:37 hits and I call the store and ask them where is my pizza. They say that the running slow and to call back in 15 minutes If I still haven’t received it. It is now 6 o’clock when I call back and they send me to another associate who sends me to another associate and then put me on hold with the managers number. 10 minutes later I hang up because no one answered the phone. Then I called again and finally I get a manager who transfers me to another manager named Daniel. Daniel then tells me that they delivered this pizza to my old address over an hour ago. So I walked to my old address and they laid the pizza outside the door surrounded by bugs. Now I called back and asked them if they can remake the pizza and I’ll bring all of it back. They refuse and say I have to pay for them to remake pizza because they delivered it to the right address on the app. My guess is that it takes time for the app to update the address (how was I supposed to know?) so you mean to tell me I need to eat this pizza that I paid over $50 for , that’s been sitting outside with bugs on it. And Daniel was so adamant about it. He said he will NOT make my pizza. they do not care how your pizza is made or how it looks you’re gonna get what you get and they will not do anything about it. So that leads me to believe you don’t really know what they’re doing to your pizza. All I know is that you’re not getting the refund or any assistance otherwise if there’s a mistake. I wouldn’t eat here.
