After my horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on Bemiss Rd., it was refreshing to visit the Northside location and meet Mr. Amarion. I received excellent customer service! Although I had to order my pizza via the app and wait 25-30 minutes, the items in my order were all hot, fresh and delicious! I appreciated Mr. Amarion delivering the order to my vehicle! I will definitely return to this location. Thanks for restoring my trust that there are people that know how to provide...

The app was messed up due to a new store opening close by. I waited an hour and called because my pizza wasn't here. It got put in as carry out even though I tipped. Anyway they got my pizza to me....I ordered a thin crust pizza cooked well done. NOPE regular crust with the doughy crust. This was the second time I got the wrong pizza. Plus I don't know how it happened but Pizza Hut is the most expensive chain.
