I ordered a pan pizza.:: it was so dry and slightly scorched. Tasted terrible. Same with my order of cheese sticks. If this is what the current state of Pizza Hut has become. i’m out!.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Cold and hard. Tasted like a day old pizza. I’ve had this pizza from here before and it was good so I don’t know what’s going on inside this restaurant now. When I showed up my pizza was 10 minutes late being ready it was sitting on the counter not even in the warmer waiting on some cinnamon sticks. Maybe new employees that don’t know what they are doing.🤷🏻♀️ My order was over $30. Next time I will go somewhere else.
I understand waiting for my food no worries but when it arrives and looks like it has been laid on its side... well I was more than a little disappointed. Doesn't do any good to call them about it either. Every issue I have had with them has ended with attitude and a multi hour wait to get it fixed.
