Good food, yum yum yum 😋. Workers were nice too. The food was a little slow to come out, but it was fresh and good since I got there when I was supposed to. Even though it was extremely busy the workers kept an amazing attitude. They remembered everyone who was waiting on food, and even checked in on us once and a while.

Best Pizza Hut in Town. The Flatbread pizzas are delicious and you can customize them to your liking!
We absolutely love this Pizza Hut, we were so glad they brought one up to the north end of the county. It’s a shame they do not deliver because I’m sure they would double their business but that’s just my opinion. Other than that we always have amazing pizza and customer service is impeccable! Keep up the good work y’all!

Disappointed and frustrated—never again at this location.
I ordered online from Pizza Hut at 4443 Bemiss Road yesterday and never received my food. When I called to ask about my order, the employee immediately went on a rant claiming there were no active orders—without even verifying who I was. After several attempts to get him to listen, he finally found my order and casually suggested the driver may have delivered it to someone else. No apology. No accountability.
I live just five minutes away and have ordered from this location many times using the same app—never had an issue finding my home. But this time, the employee shrugged off the mistake and offered to remake the food and send it out. By then, I was furious. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable, so I requested a refund.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the Bemiss Road location. That’s why I usually go out of my way to visit the West Hill Avenue Pizza Hut—they consistently deliver great food and even better service. If you value respect and reliability, skip Bemiss. It’s been a disappointment too many times.

Hmmm a little extra customer service needed at the drive thru this evening. Pulled up, no smile, no welcome to Pizza Hut... nothing Told her my last name, she handed me my order..still nothing I looked at her before taking the order and she still said nothing. No thank you for choosing Pizza Hut, no goodbye NOTHING...she did not speak once!! This needs to be fixed ASAP!
