Location 4443 bemiss rd, took approximately 45 exta minutes on top of the expected time to get my pizza. The marinara sauce didn't taste right and I ended up throwing all 5 away. I bought 3 extra. I'll probably never go back to pizza hut when the quality is higher at papa johns 5 min from this pizza hut. The food was hot and I got everything I ordered just time and quality of the marinara sauce was horrible.

They are still learning, but there is much needed training that needs to take place. The food is good once you get it, which is where the problem lies. They will tell you 15 minutes for pick-up. What they don't tell you or have a grasp on is once you get there, how long it will take to actually get your order. Let's get to training our team. Worst customer service ever!! The “manager” if that’s what you want to call him needs to take some serious customer service classes. I did an order through the app and went to pick it up. My husband was told they didn’t have the order. I took my phone there to show the manager I had an order for Bemiss road Pizza Hut that said it was ready. He just looked at me and said we don’t have it. He didn’t offer to make it or refund me. He basically said I was out of luck. He was hostile and rude and didn’t even try to rectify the situation. He refused to take my order or refund me. I understand things happen but when questioned he lost it and acted as if it were my fault. Sir u get zero for your customer service quiz today!!!! I got my pizza from some awesome people down the street :)

Waste of time placing order online to pickup. Online tracking said my order were ready. Went to pickup order not ready. Paid for my order then lady told me it was not ready. Had to wait 30 minutes and I didn't get my wings (sold out). Told this after I got my pizza and didn't want to refund me cash (like that's how I paid for my order).

I wish I could give zero stars! I waited over an hour just for them to tell me that they could not find my order! When I asked to speak to a manager, he refused to come speak to me. I have never left a review for anyone before, but it was so frustrating having to deal with poor management and customer service!
Management is horrible. Tried asking a question and was met with straight hostility. No matter how busy or bad things may be, you’re in the customer service business. At no point should management themselves treat the customer this way.

There is an older woman working here who is so rude. She always says delivery drivers have to come inside when there is no line in the drive through And they are not busy. it just seems like she wants to be lazy and rude on purpose. Why would she rather make me have to park and come inside then just hand me to order out the window? Why does she not read the situation and see that there is no one behind me in line? I would understand if they had a bunch of people waiting, but it just seems catty and rude.

This is the best Pizza Hut in town. They give you plenty of toppings and good service. The pizza is hot and on time. I've had no problems with the call center.
