They are still learning, but there is much needed training that needs to take place. The food is good once you get it, which is where the problem lies. They will tell you 15 minutes for pick-up. What they don't tell you or have a grasp on is once you get there, how long it will take to actually get your order. Let's get to training our team. I'm talking to the management, it is your job responsibility.
Everything was perfect. I wish the individual that put 1 star because it was not opened yet would remove that because the food & service was excellent. I was anticipating the opening. Was in Adel & stopped in to the Pizza Hut there to find out it was going to close & the new one on Bemiss was opening at the end of August. Originally estimated 15min for carryout, after 5 minutes I got the notification my order was ready. Drove right up to the window, grabbed it, and everything was just as ordered. Seems to be running smoothly for a new location!
