Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The lady said nothing to me and walked away. I had to ask the lady that was working at the other cash register to help she went and got the girl from the back and I told what kind of smoothie she said nothing through the whole thing. I will be calling corporate and posting my complaint on every social media I have to let everyone know not to spend your time or your money at this place.

Horrible experience… went in to get smoothie while charging my Tesla… stood there for 5mins while the girl working (who had in AirPods)- looked back at us (me & my 2 kids) and turned her back again on us - started to wash dishes in the sink. Didn’t say it would be a minute- just continued to wash dishes. I went to the bathroom & had my 13 & 11 yr old wait to place their order. When I came back she still had not turned around / had not asked us for our order/ was still washing whatever it was she was washing… going on 10 + mins… So we just walked out. The entire time we waited she didn’t say anything to us. I’ve never had an experience like that at a planet smoothie- This store was NOT crowded- NO ONE else was waiting… every other planet smoothie washes & cleans as they go. This girl just decided to wash everything & not take any orders while listening to her music.

It does not take much to render descent customer service. The customer is not an inconvenience to your business, they are the reason your store remains open. The smoothie was ok, had it been great, I wouldn’t had said anything but mediocre smoothie and bad attitude, makes it a one and done with places looking for business

I was charged $75 for a small twig and berry smoothie. I have been unable to reach someone. The charge should have been $7.50 but someone made an error and $75 came out of my account. Buyer Beware

Decent product but very much overpriced. A handful of fruit, couple squirts of sugar water, a pump of fruit juice and a scoop of ice. Somehow equates 10 dollars? Cost to make is easily under 3 dollars. And they close at 7pm???
When I asked where on the menu were the ones with chocolate, the associate with the pink hair said" you can just READ it, CAN'T you?".I ordered a "dragon fruit lemon splash" (dragon fruit, pineapple, lemon, and strawberry). I took a sip out of curiosity before handing it to my son, and I clearly tasted PEANUT BUTTER, which my son is ALLERGIC to!!! When I went back in to ask about it, I got attitude again, saying that there's another one on the menu with PB that a lot of people like! No apology for almost killing my son!Worst is that she was the one seemingly in charge.
