Specifically stopped by this location - which btw is IN A BIG MALL, in the food court co-shared with this pretzel shop - for some TCBY in the middle of an 8 hour trip.... And THE YOGURT MACHINES WERE OUT OF ORDER. ugh Don't recommend.

MISSES WRIGHT
They refused to serve me as a disabled person because i asked questions. I had a translator there. Im hard of hearing. The lady kept cutting me off. Very impatient. I never raised my voice used rude language or was disrespectful. Then another worker walked up from somewhere in the mall and took over saying they are not serving us because we are arguing! I said we are not arguing we are asking questions about the sauce but i just want frozen yogurt and the lady has no patience cuz im hard of hearing. He said well we are not gonna go back n forward with you so we are not gonna serve you! Thats how it works. He was rude. Just left me and my aide standing there.

Ordered two mocha coffee drinks and it didn’t even taste like coffee. It tasted more iced than anything and when I asked for it to be remade , she act like she couldn’t remake it for me. I paid $12-13 for it she could’ve at least attempted to satisfy me. 100% Do not recommend.

I would say there good because it’s the only pretzel place. Their slogan is “always fresh” but I don’t think that’s completely true. All in all I’d give it a 7/10

Stale pretzel bites, Several of them. Their cups advertise the statement “keeping it fresh since 1991”. So untrue.
Asked about a frappachino in a "coffee" or "mocha" flavor. Asked if the mocha had coffee in it and he said no and i asked about the coffee one and he said no. Ended up with a small mocha and it tastes aweful, and a small was $5.19

Post the actual up to date time you close so someone doesn’t waste a 40 minute round trip!!!! I was given the all encompassing excuse that “it’s because of COVID” ….. didn’t realize the virus wears a watch.
