Food wasn't bad for a chain. Was alot better than the one we had locally. The server was lacking and they weren't busy. I've never been a big fan of any red lobsters atmosphere it's a bit dark for my preference but that's just me.

Went to there today and was told there would be a five minute wait ok no problem. When I got seated and sat for another 15 minutes still no waiter. Got up to leave and spoke with the manager that walked by me several times without even acknowledging us as well as a couple of waiters. Only thing was said “Sorry”. Not likely to be returning anytime soon.

My 13yr old twins wanted to eat like men! I usually take them to Longhorn but i personally was in the mood for the red lobster bread!! Lol....My sons got twin lobster tails brussel sprouts and mac n cheese and appetizer chili calamari. They tore that up but the waitress told them it was octopus AFTER they ate it like savages. They were good sports about it. I got my bread bag to take home. Thats all i cared about!!!

Food was cooked phenomenally. The best part of the experience was my server. She was extraordinary. She was relatable, punctual, polite, and understanding. While the food was delectable and the biscuits were a staple, the star was the service received. I plan on coming back with my family!Dietary restrictions: I have dietary restrictions due to a bad reaction with the medication I am on when mixed with caffeine. Not only did my server understand, she went and checked with her manager to ensure there was no caffeine in the drinks I ordered.Kid-friendliness: They spoke with and acknowledged my 3 year old toddler as soon as we walked in the door to the moment we left. They made him feel like part of the experience by conversing with him and responding when his first words when we entered were "I'm sooooo hungry!!" They were amazing!
Seating here as I wrote this the service is horrible the food is mid and the room is annoying server couldn’t comprehend what I was trying to order idk he might be under the influence

Best deal is the endless biscuits and salad with the clam chowder.
The lobster with grits and lobster with mac and cheese was the best. The waitress was the best and enjoyed her job.

The food and the rest was very good and also a lot better than the one in Tifton. The one in Valdosta was nicer and food was great. The one in Tifton needs to take notes from the Valdosta crew.
Cristo, our server was very attentive to our needs and was rich in personality.Addison was a wonderful greeter and had a happy spirit.Both did an outstanding job! Please give them the recognition they deserve.Last but not least, kuddos to the Chief! Our food was to perfection .

The only problem I had was where I was sitting. Soon as you pass the hostess desk by the bar. The lamp over my table was attracting these little flying insects that continued to hover over my seafood and my drink. So much so that I couldn’t sit and enjoy my meal. I asked for takeout boxes and left. I was disappointed because I enjoy my waitress “Mel” whenever I have the opportunity to served by her, I leave with a big smile. The food excellent as always. I will return but I know where NOT to be seated next time
