The folks in this restaurant were extremely pleasant!! Very open and willing to serve!!! The food was on point; certain places provide a salsa that's to spicy for most. The salsa here was perfect to a point you could drink it. Don't get me wrong, it dose have a kick but not too much of a kick. I had the seafood burrito and I was worried they were going to use imitation crab, when I tore into it, the crab was the first to be inspected and to my surprise it tasted like...
Great food and drinks, but damn the cleanliness and food safety standards are pretty rough. Watched multiple drinks and dishes get sent back for having foreign matter floating in them. Watched the bartender fish out black specks from a margarita and serve it back to customers who had complained, and then he proceeded to act obtuse as to why they no longer wanted the drinks.
I had the Carnitas Fajitas. They were great. Cheese dip is more liquid than other places, but at least it didn’t turn solid during the meal. Wife had the combo with fajita, burrito and enchilada. She said it was very good as well.
