DO NOT USE THIS SAM'S BAKERY! Three orders this month either lost or wrong. I used to recommend this Sam's club as one of the best but not anymore! Horrible customer service!

This is a decent club that used to be much better. The little cafe is obviously the lowest priority to management. There are not enough tables for their customers, especially when people who don't have food hog them and people who bought food have to eat standing up waiting for one of 6 tables. There is plenty of room for more and they used to have many more. The drink fountain is normally out of most drink flavors. But six tables, really? Come on Sam's, you can do better! You used to.

yall be careful using your cards at the gas pump and keep an eye on your account they make 2 different transactions one for the amount of gas and another for a hold when it should all be on one so when they get paid the remainging money from the hold will be released with in a couple of days instead now they have been paid and i have to wait for them to cancel the transaction for the amount held. i will NEVER do that again I jeed diapers and that was the money I had for them and they couls careless. someone that doesnt have to live from pay check to paycheck has no clue of the struggle and the importance of a few dollars IT SURE MUST BE NICE.

Don't get a fountain drink from Sam's Club in Valdosta Georgia there is mold in it. The management was told and yet instead of cleaning it or putting a sign up to not drink from it they just added more drink supply to the machine. One of the employees that works there said it's an on going issue and management doesn't seem to care. They have been reported as well to the Food Safety Division Field Forces. I don't pay a membership for unclean fountain drink machines especially the management knowing it's an issue and not taking corrective action.

Quick Service when you use the order online feature. Only downside is the provide zero boxes to carry the items. Still I give 9-1/2 stars.

lots of items no stocked. I know there is a pandamic but other stores have the products I was looking for. Not sure if its worth the membership.

Love Sam's Club... some of the food service workers need to be customer service trained where you buy pizza and hot dogs! 3.16.20 7p that girl took my order and 10 mins later asked what I was waiting on. donneta donneka was her name.
