I Order A Red Velvet Cake It Was Pretty But It Was So NASTY !!!! & It Wasn’t Red It Was Maroon ? We Hated It Bad ? Even My Son Said It Was NASTY , What Kid You Know Says A Cake Was NASTY !!! I’m Very Disappointed & Upset I’ll Be Up There Monday With The Same Cake !!! I Got Friday , I DEFINITELY WANT MY MONEY BACK …

My husband surprised me with the small sized strawberry cheesecake on my birthday earlier this year and I was blown away at how good the cake was. I have since bought several cakes/cupcakes either as a walk in customer or preordered for a birthday. If I was to pin it down to what makes their cake stand out then I would say the amazing flavor, a soft, cloud-like crumb, and it is so incredibly moist.

Please never change the recipe!

I used to like small cakes a lot. However, some years ago, I found hair in my cup cake. So, I went today and there was a fly on a cake pop. I told the young lady, she said yes, we've been having a problem. She looked at the fly on the stick. She didn't try to shew the fly, looked at us and was waiting on us to order.

Placed an order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for our daughter as a surprise. Well imagine our surprise when our daughter calls to thank us for five cupcakes. I call small cakes to see if they can delivery the strawberries. Answer is no because door dasher left (turns out there were two orders with similar names) and while the manager did say she was sorry, she offered no solution. I had to ask for a refund when they refused to deliver. (The cupcakes could not be eaten nor were wanted). Dissapointed with the VERY poor customer service and just general lack of care. (The sorry by the way was an after thought). Will NEVER order from again!
