My wife and I went to the Smokin pig today for Anniversary lunch, we both had the reg portion of ST Lewis ribs, she also had collard greens and mac & cheese, and I had baked beans and Cole slaw we both had Pepsi the food was good as usual and our waitress Britney D was great she checked on us a couple of time she was very attentive when we gave our order, she talked with us and made us feel like family, I use an electric scooter and was seated where we ask to be so my scooter wouldn't be in the way, we have been going to the Smokin pig for the last 5 yrs, we will be moving south but we have family here and will be visiting and stop at the Smokin pig.

Our favorite place to come on our road trips from Orlando to Atlanta …food is always good and the service is consistently good. Love the option to add salad bar and dessert ..cobbler and banana pudding are yummy. Portions are big and the bbq is excellent!

On a whim we pulled this out the old google maps. A little of 75 but turned out to be a winner for lunch. Great pulled pork sandwich. Onion ring app is for more than two people but whoa so good. Peach cobbler dessert was very good. Exceptional service. The place was somewhat busy for lunch, I can only imagine what dinner is alike.

We decided to try Smok'n Pig BBQ while on our way home and we are so happy we did. The barbeque was excellent and the flavors of sauces available were all really wonderful. We were delighted by the many choices and the quick order and service that we received as we still had quite a bit a traveling to do that day. I got the pulled pork and it was a very large portion with leftovers. The turnip greens and green beans were excellent and cooked just right. My husband had the brisket with potato salad and turnip greens which he really liked. I was surprised by the many choices I had since I have several dietary restrictions. There are healthy choices available if you want them. The salad bar with dessert bar looked delicious but we didn't try it. We will definitely be back on our next trip through Valdosta.

BBQ at its best. Good place to stop if one travels on I-75. Just one mile from exit #22. Plenty of parking space. Fast service. Good smoked meals like Texas Brisket or half chicken with roasted red potatoes and baked beans of good quality. Add a salat and desert bar for only $2.99. At the end you can buy a souvenir or their home made BBQ sauces in the Pig’s gift shop. We’ll come back when traveling on I-75.

If you are anywhere near Exit #22 on Interstste 75, you must stop here for lunch or dinner. This is a large restaurant with ample free parking. We have never had to wait - but it could happen. Brisket, fried okre, peach cobbler are my favorites. Try the spicy honey mustard sauce. When traveling from Minnesota to Florida, if the distance and timing is right, we stay at the Best Western Plus for the night to be in close proximity.

One of the best brisket dinners I’ve ever had! Meat is lean, sliced very thin and smoked to perfection. Portions are VERY generous and come with two sides and sauce. Love that baked potatoes are a side option. We ordered ahead and picked up, but the salad bar looked fantastic. Definitely plan to return and dine in when passing through Valdosta. It’s about a mile off I-75 and definitely worth a stop!

As we travel our first overnight hotel is in Valdosta after leaving Florida. We never miss Smokin Pig and its consistent quality and cleanliness. Highly recommended

We gave them a second shot but there will not be a third. We ate here in 2019 because of the reviews and accidentally tried it again. (We are traveling and forgot we had been here until we pulled in. We are in a hurry so let the reviews trick us again) PROS: The salad bar is a $2.99 add on. It’s super basic but fresh. The service was decent and the place is super clean. CONS: All the other food… brisket is so thin it’s almost see thru and comes like slop in a bowl. The Brunswick stew is super sweet. The ribs were dry. The pulled pork potato came with 46% vegetable oil spread (according to the label) and cheese sauce like convenience store chili dog type cheese. The potato was cooked well. The pulled pork was acceptable.

The brisket was good meat but seemed a bit dry. The chicken was really well prepared. The ribs were average. Overall good price value.

The food was great and our waitress, Sam Y was the sweetest and best waitress. I had the pulled pork, sweet potato soufflé(excellent), Brunswick stew, and salad bar and my husband had the brisket, sweet potato soufflé, Cole slaw and salad bar, he loved everything! The salad bar was well stocked with a lot of variety, the broccoli salad was excellent and the banana pudding was just as good! I highly recommend if your in the Valdosta area to give it a try!!

Came here on our way to Florida off the recommendation of a friend. He didn’t steer us wrong! We started with the fried mushrooms. We had trouble deciding what to order, so we played it safe and both got pork platters. We both thoroughly enjoyed. Had fried okra with mine and was impressed because it was real fried okra, none of that pre-battered frozen stuff. We will definitely be back next time we come through Valdosta.

This is our third time to stop here on our way to Florida. It did not disappoint. Service was excellent. The salad bar is fresh with everything being continuously replaced. The pulled chicken sandwich was large and delicious. The Brunswick stew was also great. It's too bad that we didn't have room for dessert. Be sure to arrive hungry - you will get full here!

Excellent food! Very quick and attentive service. The two of us were seated very quickly on a busy Sunday afternoon. Prices are very very reasonable. I enjoyed the baked potato with chicken and barbecue and my husband loved the salad bar, along with Brunswick stew. Iced tea was amazing. Sweet tea, that is! Of course, we had peach cobbler for dessert, and it was so, so good! Just like my mama used to make! Many thanks to the ladies at the Georgia welcome center who invited us to come. We can sure see why it's the number five restaurant in Valdosta!
