This is the best barbecue pork that my husband and I have had for years! We went in around twelve p m and was immediately seated. Recalled the waitress. It was our first time there, and she gave us plenty of time to look at the menu, and there is a lot to choose from.We live a little over an hour away and plan on making a special trip to go back to try their ribs.

Finally! A place that has good barbecue! I’m gonna have make a trip to Valdosta just for these ribs. It’s so hard to find a good bbq joint. Well the search is over. The ribs, shrimp, potato salad, and tea did it for me. If you’re in Valdosta, definitely stop by!

I ordered the chicken and brisket. The chicken was dry and the brisket was just okay. Both portions were smaller than I expected. The server was good and thoughtful. The atmosphere is pretty cool. It is a neat place. Because the food wasn't that great, I will not be returning.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere inside and pretty good salad bar. We ordered the ribs with green beans and Mac and cheese for sides, along with the salad bar. The ribs are the best I’ve eaten, and I’ve eaten allot of ribs. The sides could be better but not totally bad. They do not disappoint with sauces either. Take your pick from five at the table. We will be back!

We both got the chicken/ beef brisket combo. My sides were crinkle fries & sweet potato casserole. Hubby got sweet corn & crinkle fries. Everything was tastey! Good assortment of bbq sauce. Waiter was helpful & kind. Sat in rocking chairs outside for a bit before taking off. Never disappoints.

Almost passed over this GEM for Sonny's on our way to Orlando... God, I'm super happy that we didn't! The food was super delicious and a ton of it. What a really nice place to eat!

Not as good as it used to be, and much more expensive... but far better than most places today. The Ribs and Hamburger Steak are the best imo. We never pay for the salad and dessert bar.

Our recent visit was disappointing due to a lack of consideration for accessibility needs. While the wait time for a table was reasonable, the staff's insistence on seating us at a booth despite the presence of open tables was unsuitable for our handicapped grandfather. What made the issue worse was the requirement for us to walk all the way back to the entrance, a considerable distance that posed a significant inconvenience for him. This lack of empathy and accommodation for a basic accessibility needs overshadowed the potentially great dining experience we anticipated. This was information we received from the host via the “manager”.It's crucial for establishments, particularly those in the service industry, to uphold values of inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that all their customers, regardless of their physical capabilities, can enjoy a welcoming and accommodating environment. I hope they reflect on this incident and take proactive steps to improve their service to be more considerate and inclusive of all guests' needs. On a positive note, it's worth mentioning that the food we eventually enjoyed was quite good and our server was great.

Since we were traveling North on I 75 we got to stop at one of our favorite BBQ places. Have been going here for 10 + years. This time was not one of the best but still good. My wife ordered Brunswick Stew. It was not n to her liking. That is not the Pigs fault. What is id thr mest they used was fatty and full of gristle. So that was a fail. I had the BLT and it was wonderful. Plus they have one of the best salad bars around. Salad, pasta, and dessert. Including ice cream. Just excellent. The one other thing was the server never checked back. So we weren't able to ask about the not so great meat. But overall still a top spot for us!!

Ribs are sometimes not as tender as should be. Not always served hot as I like for my food to be. The ribs should not be where you have to tug them off the bones. That is not falling off the bones good. We have eaten quite often in the past, but are now reluctant to go back. Consistency is a value when eating out. If the ribs can be served tender and tasty once. They should be that way all the time.ncoik them longer.
